Silver City, NM: "It's More than Hello", a free two-hour customer service training for nonprofits, is scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, 2016, from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Silver City Gospel Mission, 111 S. Texas St., in Silver City.

Good customer service is vital for nonprofits. Higher quality customer service results in greater satisfaction for customers, employees and supporters. Topics will include: building stronger connections with customers, creating a customer service vision and culture, customer service techniques, and dealing with customer complaints.

The workshop is made possible by the NonProfit Resource Group, a program of the National Center for Frontier Communities (NCFC), and hosted by The Silver City Gospel Mission.

The interactive training will be led by Susan Wilger, Associate Director of the Southwest Center for Health Innovation.
