The meeting date for the NM FLAP 159(1) Catwalk Access Road Public Meeting has been set for Wednesday evening, August 17, 2016 at 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Glenwood Community Center.

Representatives from the Forest Service, NMDOT (New Mexico Department of Transportation) and FHWA (Central Federal Lands Highway Division) will be there. To quote Justin Henwood, PE, Project Manager for FHWA-Central Federal Lands, the following items will be discussed: "the purpose and need of the project, alternative alignments, significant features of each alignment and typical roadway width for each alignment. We will have printed visual displays, as well as a presentation. The public will certainly have an opportunity to provide feedback."
