SWNM Council of Governments will be holding a capital outlay workshop a little earlier this year so that it will allow you to make sure projects are included in the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan. Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plans are due in September and this workshop will serve as a refresher on what is eligible and how to submit a request. Please feel free to forward to interested persons.
