Bayard Police Department

Monday, Aug. 1

Burglary
Orchard Street
Caller advised that some kids tried to break into his shed and vehicle. Advised they left but he knows who they are.

Welfare check
Empire Street
Officer issued indefinite CTW to a male.

Caller advised that she reported some property stolen last Thursday. Caller was very uncooperative and yelled a lot.

Tuesday, Aug. 2

Vehicle burglary
Orchard Street
Chain saw was stolen from inside caller's pickup.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

Suspicious vehicle
803 Central Avenue
Out with a couple of vehicles. Officer advised something broke on one of the vehicles and they are going to tow it.

Welfare check
N. Yucca Street
Caller advised that they have not been able to contact a 15-year-old female and she had told them the last time they spoke that she was not being treated well by her guardians. Officer en route to call caller.

Thursday, Aug. 4

Domestic disturbance
N. Yucca Street
Caller can hear a lot of yelling/it is caller's son and a named male/negative on physical. Officer advised that parties are going to separate; one was upset about the truck getting towed.

Aggravated assault
Budge Drive - 7 a.m.
Caller advised that a named female went to caller's house and threatened her with a knife because she was mad that caller took her dog out. Officer advised that everything is okay and the DA will be called.

Disturbance
Budge Drive - 10:45 a.m.
Caller advised that a named male and a named female are causing problems with caller. Officer determined that the male has an active CTW for the location. Officers out at BPD with the male who is aggressive. Officer requested ambulance for a 25-year-old male with a possible seizure/riding with patient in ambulance to GRMC.

Criminal trespass
Stewart Street
Caller advised that he needs a CTW issued to a named male who is about to get out of jail. An officer will be taking care of this.

Hurley Police Department

Tuesday, Aug. 2

Welfare check
Pattie Avenue
Caller advised that he last spoke with the male three hours ago and at that time the male threatened to hang himself. Caller advised he is a rancher and carries rope and is distraught about a relationship. Officer advised the male was not at the address caller provided.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

Welfare check
Pattie Avenue
Caller was slurring his speech and asking why units were looking for him. Caller advised of his location and became angry stating deputies would find him hanging from a tree in the backyard. HPD requested GCSD to assist.

Thursday, Aug. 4

Unwanted subject
Pattie Avenue
Caller advised that a male is hitting a female's camper door, broke windows to her home, then left on foot.

Santa Clara Police Department

Wednesday, Aug. 3

Domestic disturbance
N. Hutchinson Street
Caller advised that her little brother just got out of the mental institution and got into a domestic with her mother's boyfriend and his mother. Advised this was the second time he got out of a mental institution/he hears things and was homicidal.

Caller advised that a female sounds like she is going crazy and yelling.

A named male is out of control and being aggressive toward caller's sister. No one is under the influence of anything. Officer advised all verbal, parties want to stay at the residence/clear.
