The Town and Country Garden Club will be having theIr September 20 meeting at the rose garden located at Memory Lane Cemetery. Members are to bring sack lunches and folding chairs for the 1:00 pm meeting at which Brenden Claussen will tell about the work he has been doing to keep the rose bushes in perfect condition. The rose garden has been serving as a repository for the ashes of deceased loved ones for more than twenty years, with the Town and Country Garden Club having created the rose garden more than forty years ago. An added attraction for the day will be a plant exchange.
