Officer made contact with a female who stated her ex-boyfriend had the electricity and gas turned off at her residence, when she had made prior arrangements to pay the bills. Officer advised that the ex-boyfriend called the female several times while the officer was there at her work.

N. Texas and W. Yankie streets
A male is lying in the roadway by the trashcans by the coffee shop. Officer made contact and advised he is sleeping and is going to wake up in a little while/everything is okay.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a female is in the back office not causing problems/the female is elderly and has yet to take the items out of her purse. Female had an outstanding warrant out of Judge Laney's court in the amount of $542 for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

A female is acting disoriented/wearing a hooded jacket covering her face/headed to Gila/Texas. Officer made contact and advised she is fine/clear.

Barefooted, khaki pants, face down, for over an hour and a half. Officers had contact, IDed, subject left upon request/clear.

Male not causing problems. Officer advised negative on any charges or CTW for the male/misunderstanding on Loss Prevention's part/clear.

Drug results on two children came back positive/request officer to come to her office. Officer advised that CYFD just showed up/children are already in state custody.

Adult male in the back not causing problems. Officer advising issue him an indefinite CTW for Walmart.

Criminal trespass
100 N. Rosedale Road
A named male is in the store and is now walking out/he was trying to receive a Western Union. Officer issued the male an indefinite CTW for Walgreen's.

800 S. Robert Street
Caller advised that a named female is trying to go into shelter and they cannot let her in/she is six-months pregnant. Caller requests a particular officer as he is familiar with the female. Officer dropped female off at Spring Street /Bullard.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Male refused to stop for employee/caller not sure what he took/male is sitting in Row 1 in a white Ford car/vehicle is now leaving/he is speeding through the parking lot. Officer went traffic with vehicle at Highway 180 and Rosedale.

Caller requested frequent patrol of the back of the building.

Caller advised that the vehicle in front of her is swerving all over the road. Officers advised out with vehicle at the Hudson Snappy Mart.

Intoxicated male walking in the middle of the road. Officer out with male at RAM service station/outstanding warrant out of Judge Laney's court in the amount of $400 for failure to appear in reference to battery on a household member charge.

Caller advised that it sounds like someone broke into something/she heard windows breaking. Officer checked surrounding businesses and advised everything is okay.

Small red car keeps driving around/caller requests frequent patrol. Officer advised everything is okay.

1956 E. Highway 180
Adult Anglo at Register 7/items were left in the store. Officer issued male an indefinite CTW for Albertsons.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that two females that are constantly causing problems are in sporting goods/if officer makes contact caller wants the females escorted out of the store.

Caller advised that he just returned home to find his mailbox damaged and he is going to arm himself because of this. Officer set up frequent patrol for two weeks from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Caller advised that a fawn ran up to his vehicle and the fawn is allowing them to pet it. Advised it seems something was trying to attack it. NMSP was advised.

Male beating a female in the parking lot. Officer advised NMSP will be giving the female a ride home and male will be walking to calm down/everything is okay/clear.

Kidder Road
Caller advised that when she went to pick up her 2-year-old son she saw that his face was beat up and he was hungry. Advised a named male put his hand in her face and then hit her and when she ran into the house he pulled her by her hair and threw her to the ground with her son in her arms. Advised there were witnesses.

Caller advised that a named female is spreading rumors about caller and her husband and is threatening them. Officer en route to Lintero Apartments to contact other party/negative contact/will issue indefinite CTW for La Questa apartments when located.

Caller advised that a named male is at his house and he doesn't want him there. Officer advised not enough information to issue CTWs.

Officer advised that his transmission was overheating/will be leaving shortly/will frequent patrol/clear.

Sunday, Sept. 11

Burglary
1040 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that they just returned to their rooms and found a lot of their belongings and money missing. Officer out at motel.

Caller advised he is having anxiety about moving to another apartment. Officer advised male is being transported to GRMC/male is having anxiety and is suicidal.

Harassment
100 N. Rosedale Road
Caller advised that a named male keeps following her. Officer en route to meet caller.

Domestic disturbance
S. Cinc Street
A named male just hit her, broke her window, and is running toward Harrison Schmitt. Officer advised male has two outstanding cash-only warrants out of Judge Laney's court; one in the amount of $473 for failure to pay, and another in the amount of $542.

Property dispute with neighbor.

Battery
E. 6th
Female slapped her at the stop sign at Gold/7th. Officer en route to central dispatch to pick up warrant.

Assault
711 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that she was told by a third party that three girls were trying to hit caller's daughter with a crow bar and caller's 16-year-old son is there watching the assault. Officers had contact with one male and one female in the Drifter Motel parking lot/clear for now.

Shoplifting
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Female stole makeup worth about $30 and headed on foot toward downtown Sonic. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that her son's father won't let her see the son/advised the son is depressed and not acting himself.
