A named male, who caller has a protection order on, is on caller's property with a backhoe. Deputy advised clear/restraining order has not been served yet.

Cottage San and Artcher roads
Caller advised that a named female is having trouble with her ex-husband and there is a gold pickup driving back and forth in the area. Deputy out at trailer park.

Welfare check
North Hurley
Caller advised that a 9-year-old who is with his father in the junkyard are living in a half-torn down house with no utilities, possibly with propane. Advised the child is going to school dirty. Deputies had negative contact with child.

Domestic disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that her boyfriend is pushing her/she does not need an ambulance/he has never done this before/they started fighting about the water heater/he started acting stupid with her/he possibly left walking.

Saturday, Sept. 10

Loud party
Mustang Village, Building C
Deputy advised everything is okay/all units clear.

Unwanted subject
Cherry Creek Campground
A Caucasian male is panhandling making the campers feel unsafe. Deputies advised everything is okay/units clear.

Welfare check
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that his 12-year-old son went down to his mother's house and came home with a bloody lip/refused medical treatment.

Weapons fired
Saddlerock Canyon Road
Caller advised subjects are shooting behind the canyon. Deputy had contact with three subjects/they are okay/units will be clear.

Leopold Vista Rest Area - Mangus Valley
Black Hummer parked out front/bathroom door was locked/no one would respond. Deputy made contact with the black Hummer on Highway 180 just outside of Cliff. They advised they were pulled over at the picnic area taking a nap/the park ranger had locked the doors to the bathroom to prevent vandalism while they were there/units will be clear.

Sunday, Sept. 11

Suspicious vehicle
King Peter
Deputy out with five occupants at very top of King Peter and advised them to leave/clear.

Fort Bayard Nursery Road
Deputy advised that subjects will be leaving/everything is okay.

Unwanted subject
Chukar Drive
A named female is knocking at the door and caller does not want her there/requests the female be issued a CTW for caller's residence. Advised the female left in a little black Nissan.

Criminal damage to property
Chukar Drive
Caller advised that a named female is back there breaking her windows. Deputy had contact and advised that the female was just banging on the walls/negative on damage/will stay in the area for a while.

Domestic disturbance
Chalcopyrite Court - Tyrone
Caller advised that the mom just took off in a brown Audi toward Copper/there are kids in the house/he heard an incredible amount of yelling/they are a recently reconciled couple.

Harassment
Little Walnut Campground
Caller advised that subjects threatened her after she asked them to pick up their trash. Deputy made contact with caller/vehicle left prior to arrival.

Rio de Arenas Road
A neighbor from Arizona is throwing bones into caller's yard trying to poison her dogs. Deputy advised he spoke to both parties and advised this to never happen again.

E. Highway 180 - Arenas Valley
A named male is highly intoxicated. Deputies requested EMS for a 64-year-old male/highly intoxicated/with suicidal ideations/EMS will transport/units clear.

Highway 15 - Pinos Altos
Caller advised that an 8-year-old boy came up to her and asked to use the phone to call for help. When caller asked him what he needed it for the child said that his mom broke down in a black dually truck. Caller advised that when she drove him down the road, the truck wasn't there but caller finally found it by the guard rail before Radio Tower Road. Caller advised that the mother appeared under the influence. Deputy made contact with the vehicle/out of gas/headed north.

Caller advised that her 11-year-old daughter said that her father told her to spread her legs but he didn't touch her.

Vesuvius, Everest Point
Three cars parked and shouldn't be there. Deputy advised that one left prior to arrival, one is leaving, and one is on their way out/units clear.
