Monday, Sept. 19

Aggravated battery

Caller advised that the patient was brought in by ambulance from the location and patient wants to file a report of an assault that happened at her residence.

Harassment
Camino Tolteca
Caller is being harassed by neighbor and caller advised this is an ongoing issue. Deputy attempted contact with second party but they didn't answer the door/a voicemail was left on her phone.

Welfare check
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that caller's co-worker found him on the side of the road crying by the Penjamo/school said he hasn't showed up today. Deputy advised the son is home, not feeling well, and dad was talking to him.

Criminal damage to property
Main and Norton streets
Caller advised that someone spray painted her Trump sign that cost her $150.

Unwanted subject
Saavedra Drive
Caller found her son on her porch and advised there are a lot of Hot Wheels collectible cars at the residence. Deputy advised that a named male is taking a Hot Wheel/Matchbox collection from this location. Another deputy requested an ambulance for a 30-year-old male who was hit in the face with a brick.

Driving while intoxicated
Highways 180 and 211
Caller advised that a broken down pickup is pulled over to the side of the highway with a male in the vehicle who is highly intoxicated. Officer advised the vehicle is locked up/no male in the vehicle.

Circle View Trailer Park
Caller advised that a female is screaming she wants to kill herself and sounds like she is fighting with someone. Deputy made contact with female who stated she did not want to hurt herself and went back inside.

Domestic disturbance
Fairway Drive
Caller advised that her husband keeps pushing and hitting her. Advised he has been a jerk all night. He keeps arguing with her and her 12-year-old son. She does not need an ambulance.

Suspicious vehicle
Tyrone Post Office
Deputy advised everything is okay/he was stopping because he was tired.

Welfare check
Lance Drive
Deputy advised that a call was received about a baby crying for about an hour. Advised they did locate the residence and everything is okay.

Tuesday, Sept. 20

Game and Fish
Cottage San Road
One and one-quarter miles from Alabama a dead deer in the roadway. Deputies advised already two miles into Cottage San, not having contact with any deer.

Domestic disturbance
Peterson Drive
Caller advised that her husband beat her up/he has not been drinking. Advised she has her daughter inside the house with her/he is standing outside. Advised she does not need an ambulance, although her face is scratched.

Larceny
Highway 15 - Pinos Altos
Caller advised that her soon-to-be ex-husband has broken into the house and stole a briefcase that has all the titles to the things they own. Caller called back advising that she found the briefcase but she is going to change the locks anyway.

Larceny
McMillan Campground
Billfold stolen from vehicle on Sunday. Caller advised she found her billfold and doesn't want to speak to a deputy about it anymore but does want to report people shooting guns where she was camping out and wants a callback.

Burglary
Nun view road
Caller advised that a male is in the house and no one should be there. Deputies advised clear radio traffic and ATL the area/resume traffic/clear.

Suspicious vehicle
Sandalwood Avenue
Red Mustang in front of location blacked out with motor running/homeowner is not there. Deputies advise negative contact with vehicle/all doors and windows of home are secured.

Harassment
Fort Bayard Medical
Caller advised she is receiving threatening messages at work.

Wednesday, Sept. 21

Welfare check
Highway 180 before Baca's
Caller advised that a naked female possibly with a dog is walking between Arenas Valley and Baca's. Deputy had contact with female and advised the female is clothed/dropped female off at Noble Park on Market Street.

Unwanted subject
N. Basalt
Caller advised that her brother is at the front door refusing to leave. Deputies advised this was a civil matter but issued an indefinite CTW to the brother.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and Kirkland Road - Arenas Valley
Bus 11, 14-year-old female having anxiety attack. Transportation is going to radio the bus and get it stopped to get its location. Caller called back to advise the bus finally stopped at the propane place across from the Snappy. Deputy en route passing Arenas Valley Road.

Game and Fish
Highway 180 - MM 113
Caller advised that a small doe is alive and on its side. G&F officer advised that he was in Alma and if deputy has contact they have permission to put it down. Deer was dead upon deputy's arrival.

Grand Mesa Road
Caller requested ambulance for her husband because he was weak and caller thought he had fallen. Dispatch could hear male in the background saying there was no need to call for help. Deputy requested ambulance for a 71-year-old male with pain in lower legs/conscious/alert/breathing normally/lights and siren.

Thursday, Sept. 22

Littering
Crum and Racetrack roads
Caller advised a vehicle driving slowly was losing trash from the back of the truck. Deputy made contact and advised that the driver said he was unaware he was losing trash and will go back and check the roadway.

Intoxicated driver
Kirkland Road and Flury Lane
Caller advised that an intoxicated male was on a horse. Deputy advised the male was followed home/everything is okay/clear
