Unwanted subject
Orchard Street
Caller advised that a female is there and caller does not want her there. Officer advised the female left already in a white Ford truck/went traffic with a white pickup on Highway 356.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

Harassment
Runnels Drive
Caller advised that she believes the person driving by in a green Jeep and staring at their trailer is the male that held her daughter at gunpoint a few weeks ago.

Caller advised that two individuals are harassing her and she wants both issued CTWs.

Domestic disturbance
North Street
Caller advised that a named male is yelling and destroying caller's mother's residence. Third caller advised that her son is causing problems at her residence and is now walking.

Thursday, Sept. 29

Intoxicated persons
N. Elm Street and Central Avenue
A possibly intoxicated man carrying a beer is stumbling in and out of the roadway in front of the old Snappy Mart. Officer had negative contact.

Officer made contact with homeowner and advised they will lower the music.

Aztec Avenue
Caller advised that his friend received a text that a named female is going over to the friend's house on Aztec to pull the trigger. Advised that the female and the friend just left the Hurley Bar in separate vehicles, the friend on his way to his house. Caller advised that the female does have in her possession an AR, a shotgun, and a .22 pistol. Caller called back advising that he and the friend are at the Hurley Bar and the female texted stating she is on . . .

Caller advised she heard that the mother of caller's grandchildren is leaving the kids in the vehicle while she goes out and parties and leaving the kids to sleep in the van.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue
Caller advised that her schizophrenic son just tried to hit her and she had to Mace him/he left on foot. Officers have one male in investigative detention en route to police department. Advised that caller does not want to press charges, she just wants the son to stay away for a couple of hours.

Santa Clara Police Department

Monday, Sept. 26

Harassment
W. New Street
Caller advised that his landlord is trying to evict him without going through the court. Deputy spoke to both landlord and tenants and landlord was advised of the proper process.

Domestic disturbance
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that she is having problems with her son who took caller's phone away from her. Officer advised the son left prior to arrival/mother will call if he shows up.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

Welfare check
Fort Bayard Medical Center
74-year-old male was dropped off at this location and thought it was the hospital, man does not speak English, has a backpack, unable to ID male, won't let anyone look in his backpack, confused, is from Mexico, is disoriented re time or day or year, seems lost, was complaining of headache and needing blood pressure meds. Officer requested ambulance.

Thursday, Sept. 29

Welfare check
N. James Street
Caller advised that her 40-year-old brother is going crazy and punching the wall. Advised he is locked in his room, has mental problems, and possibly needs help.

Disturbance
N. Prescott Street
A named female is yelling and screaming in the front yard and talking about weapons. A named male is now going outside to ask her to leave/they were not fighting. She is now walking down Prescott. Officer advised out at Lincoln and Hutchinson with these subjects.

Stolen motor vehicle
S. Cleveland Street
Caller advised that his 16-foot utility trailer was stolen from his vacant lot property on S. Bard Street.

Fight
N. Prescott Street
Caller advised that some kids are fighting with each other in front of this address.
