In the middle of the roadway covering both eastbound lanes.

Caller advised that entry was gained through the front door and that guns and a TV were taken.

Disturbance
Burke Loop - 12:40 p.m.
Re: landlord and tenant eviction papers. Deputy advised that it was a civil issue.

Assault
Burke Loop - 2:20 p.m.
Caller advised that the landlord threw a dish at her.

Harassment
Artcher Road
Caller advised that her 12-year-old daughter is receiving texts from a named adult male asking the daughter private questions about the male's daughter who lives next door.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

Unwanted subject
Camino Tolteca
Caller advised that her sister is on the property and caller doesn't want her there. Dispatch advised that the sister has two indefinite CTWs for the property.

DV order violation
Owens Road
Caller advised that her soon-to-be ex-husband violated the court order after court today and she would like to meet a deputy at Central Dispatch.

Domestic disturbance
North Hurley Road
Caller requests officer to help pick up stolen items. Third party call advised two named females are fighting.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

Suspicious vehicle
11825 Highway 180
Vehicle between Vern's and Mike's Tires with lights on. Deputy advised contact with the owner was made and he will take care of it.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Stailey Road - Gila
Caller advised that she had vehicle issues this morning after receiving a threatening text last night from her ex-husband.

Criminal trespass warning
McCauley Road - Cliff
Caller requests CTWs be issued to Tom McCauley and Sons Ranch and all employees.

Welfare check
Miners Legend Road - Hanover
Caller advised that it has been about one week since they have heard from her 69-year-old brother who has health problems. Deputies advised contact was made with brother/he is fine/units clear.

Weapons fired
Little Walnut past picnic grounds
Shooting in the area. Caller advised that after looking closer they may be shooting paint balls. Deputy made contact and advised that they are shooting paint ball guns/they are okay.

Caller advised that she is getting threatening texts from an unknown person.

Caballero Road - Arenas Valley
Caller advised he heard a few gunshots to the east. Second caller advised that he heard four gunshots. Deputy went to end of Kirkland with negative contact with vehicles or anything.

Thursday, Sept. 29

Welfare check
Rio de arenas Road - Arenas Valley
Caller advised that he heard a disturbance in the area, but he was not involved. Advised he wants a ride to the hospital. Dispatch advised he sounded under the influence.
Deputy advised will be giving caller a ride to the hospital/negative on any disturbance/clear.

Weapons fired
Saddlerock Canyon Road
Caller advised that she was woken up by about 11 shots. Caller called back advising she heard two more shots. Deputy had negative contact with anyone.

Game and Fish
Highway 61 - MM 20-21
Dead deer in the roadway.
Deputy advised deer was moved off the roadway.

Welfare check
Highway 356 - Hanover
Caller advised that her three kids have possibly been left with their grandmother. Deputy had negative contact with anybody.

Burglary
Oxbow Drive - Pinos Altos
Caller believes his residence was burglarized this morning.

Assault
11824 Highway 180
Caller advised he was threatened by a named male. Caller advised that the male was asked to leave and the male answered that he would just take caller out. Deputy had contact with the male at the entrance to the KOA.

DV order violation
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that a named male keeps calling her all night long threatening to shoot her.

Burglary
Apache Street - Silver Acres
Caller advised that he noticed his neighbor's door was open so he went to check and it appears the residence has been burglarized. Advised the owners are not home at this time/they live in Texas. Deputy advised to clear the air in reference to an open door/will be clearing dwelling.

Welfare check
Highway 180 - MM 119
Male running down the highway in boxers/caller almost hit him. Deputies had contact at Highway 180 @ Arenas Valley Road.
