Female with blonde hair and thin build sitting on the curb yelling.

Her 23-year-old grandson has been bothering her all day. Officer advised the male is being given a ride by a friend and will be gone for the day.

Criminal damage to property
N. Cooper Street
Someone shot out the window at the top of the door. Caller thinks it was with a BB gun.

Caller advised that she had a burglary yesterday at the Lintero Apartments and is wondering if she can get an officer to assist her to look at it.

Caller advised that her elderly neighbor's car has been parked in front of her house with its emergency lights on for about an hour. Caller advised she went over and noticed the back door is open but no lights are on inside. Officer advised to clear the air - there is an open door.

Intoxicated persons
1313 E. 32nd Street
A named male is in the ER waiting room, highly intoxicated, giving security problems. Officers had negative contact - GRMC will call back if he shows up. Caller wants callback re: why a named female wasn't arrested at the ER for being a bad mother and having warrants.

Loud party
Howell and Virginia streets
Caller advised she can hear screaming and yelling. Dispatch advised that the caller is slurring her speech and is hard to understand. Officers advised they parked for a while and had negative contact with any loud noise or arguing.

Saturday, Oct. 22

Suspicious vehicle
Pope and 14th streets
At Sears parking lot. Vehicle belongs to Sears, people are cleaning the floors.

Welfare check
Highway 180 @ Armory
Caller advised that a small blue pickup with three subjects in front is headed toward Silver with a small child in the bed by herself. Officer had negative contact.

Criminal damage to property
1340 E. 32nd Street
Alarm from back room glass break. Dispatch made contact with a named female who will respond immediately. Officer advised to clear the air, then advised to resume normal traffic, we did set off the alarm if you get a call.

Domestic disturbance
2045 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a female is hitting a male on a motorcycle and just pushed his bike over. Officer advised out at SCPD with a female who refused to give her last name/en route to GCDC.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller just found a big scratch on her truck.

Shoplifting
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised she has a male on video taking a pillbox and razor then he left the store using a curtain rod for a cane. Officers made contact with store manager.

Welfare check
Canal Street
A 20-year-old male took entire bottle of metronidazole about 15 minutes ago and is locked in his room. Caller advised he got the door open and the male is unresponsive. Advised that the male is awake now and arguing with his mother. Advised that the male has left and may be under the influence of heroin.

Caller advised that a named female is riding a bicycle around caller's apartment and feels like she is provoking caller to get into trouble.

Harris and Mountain View roads. 8:30 p.m.
9-year-old child advised that her mom is fighting with another female/child is crying/disconnected. Officer will keep frequent patrol of the area.
