Caller advised that her 42-year-old daughter is schizo but not under the influence of anything. Advised she left on foot down to her residence/they are neighbors. Deputy advised one female arrested/en route to SCPD.

Caller advised that the father of her six-month-old child took the child from her. Deputy advised it was all verbal/they are staying at different houses on the same property.

Caller advised that no one has been in contact with a paranoid schizo female since September. Deputy had negative contact with caller.

Caller advised that a named male put a virus on her cell phone and now she can't use it. Deputy advised caller to leave the second party alone.

Caller advised that they do not want their daughter's boyfriend at the residence and he is possibly headed there. Deputy made contact and advised the male just left with caller's daughter in a white truck.

Caller wanted to report rumors that were being spread about her that weren't true.

A named male is harassing her.

Caller advised that when she called her 7-year-old son, his father was in the background yelling at him what to say. Caller advised she is supposed to take her son to the dental specialist in Las Cruces tomorrow but her son is saying through his dad that he doesn't want to go. Deputies made contact with father and child/child is fine/will call caller/issued indefinite CTW to a male for a Park Street address.

Caller advised that he evicted some subjects yesterday and a neighbor called to say they are back and may be breaking into the home. Deputy made contact with the address and advised all doors and windows are secured/light in bedroom.

Caller can hear subjects fighting in the trailer park. Deputies advised negative contact with any domestic in the area.

Wednesday, Jan. 11

Criminal damage to property
Laguna del Oso - Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that HUD from California sanded her upright post on her carport and removed the antenna from her Toyota pickup but she put it back. Deputy made contact advising the paint may be weathered.

Chukar Drive
Caller advised that a named female came to her house and started hitting her, then left in a bronze RAV4. Caller refused medical.

Highway 211 - Cemetery Road
One vehicle rollover/white Jeep with female driver. NMSP dispatch called to request assistance from GCSO.

Caller advised that two females were involved in a fight/medical staff did check females out.

Caller advised that her friend called requesting LE/unknown what is going on. A named male needs an ambulance/apparently fell and is unresponsive.

Child with no clothes on running in the roadway/child has only underwear on. Deputy ATL for child.

Rock Street - Pinos Altos
Caller advised that a named female has a .38 in her mouth and wants to commit suicide. Advised the female lives alone.

Disturbance
North Hurley Road
A named female is trying to take the baby and the baby has been given to caller by CYFD. The two females are fighting over the baby and the named female has taken the baby on foot headed toward Hurley. Officer out with named female/with one female en route to North Hurley/send NMSP units/one in investigative detention at this time.

Unwanted subject
Hanover Creek Road - Fierro
Caller advised that subjects from a silver car, who have a gun on them, went toward caller wanting to fight him. Deputy had contact.
