Have an open line with female crying. Second caller advised that her niece is at location/male is at another address.

Caller advised that her daughter is burning her back with a cig/her back is all burned up/she does have mental issues/age 40/she smokes pot.

Domestic disturbance
N. Foy Street - 2:30 p.m.
A named male is threatening the father and caller with a gun. Officer made contact/one in investigative detention/issued an indefinite CTW.

Criminal damage to property
N. Foy Street - 5:45 p.m.
Caller advised that officers were there in reference to a domestic, but damage has been done to the residence.

Burglary
Tom Foy Blvd.
Shed in the back has been broken into.

East Street - 6:40 p.m.
Caller advised that her brother was just there trying to get in, and he is not supposed to be near her.

Caller advised that her brother is walking up to her vehicle/female did keep yelling/female was yelling, Gǣget away from me. I'll shoot you.Gǥ Line was disconnected.

Caller advised that her boyfriend hit her again. Boyfriend is in the background saying she hit herself. Caller disconnected the line. Attempted to call back caller. Caller was not able to give name of either party. Male took off.

Caller advised that her 8-year-old nephew lives with his mother in a very dirty house that stinks. Officer made contact and advised that everything is okay and the children are fine.

Broken lock on the garage.

Domestic disturbance
Romero Avenue
Caller advised that her boyfriend is causing problems and she wants him gone. Officer made contact advising that the parties separated.

Caller advised a bicycle was stolen and they know who did it. Officer made contact, retrieved bicycle/en route to S. Prescott Street.

Fight
Santa Clara Cemetery
Subjects jumping a teenager at the cemetery/about 8-10 subjects fighting/one subject got knocked out/vehicles are leaving now.

W. Lincoln Street
Caller advised that multiple people are living in her backyard/requested patrol for one week. Officer had negative contact.

Thursday, Jan. 12

Larceny
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that a named male stole her cell phone and she just found out he has her phone. Caller called back advising it was the wrong phone.
