Caller advised that engines are revving and music is noisy and that it is disturbing his hearing. Officer made contact and advised them to keep the music down and turn off the vehicles.

A named male is outside and there is a CTW. Officer advised that at this time there is no CTW for the male.

Caller advised that girls were fighting at the bus stop/one female was hitting the second female and pulling hair/they were teenagers. Officer advised subjects left prior to arrival.
