Caller advised that someone has been banging on the side of her house. Officers issued a CTW to a named male for Nichols Welding.

One client pushed another and the victim wants to file a report.

Caller advised van was all over the roadway/unable to maintain lane. Officer made contact and advised everything is fine.

A named male who was stealing hygiene stuff is outside smoking a cigarette. Officer had contact.

Harassment
W. 13th Street
Caller advised that the clerk at the gas station was being aggressive with caller and threatened her. Officer had negative contact.

Assault
300 16th Street
Officer spoke with caller who advised that a member had assaulted her by grabbing her arm in August 2016, and verbally assaulted her five weeks ago.

Larceny

Son stole her vehicle keys.

A man is lying on the ground. Officer made contact and requested EMS for a male who is highly intoxicated and not able to make sense.

A named male is inside her home refusing to leave. Officer advised it was a verbal argument.

Caller needs emergency DVO in reference to a named female threatening to kidnap the kids. Officer en route to address on Corbin Street.

Caller advised that the homeless couple by the Shoe Dept is yelling.

Caller advised that his named tenant's girlfriend died and he has been drinking a lot and he is concerned. Officer made contact and the tenant will be calling caller.

Caller would like a CTW issued to a named male who is in the building right now. Officer issued the CTW.

Caller advised that her aunt was involved in a domestic earlier today and was being hit in the head by her boyfriend/he also threw something and hit one of her 2-month-old twins in the face. Officer advised clear/the female no longer lives here.

Caller advised that two males are fighting in the parking lot. Officer made contact and advised one of the parties punched the other's vehicle/clear.

610 Silver Heights Blvd.
A female took a basket full of items and left in a black car on Silver Street.

Caller advised that his neighbor was throwing rocks at his residence earlier and caller just got home and noticed his front window is broken and caller is worried the neighbor might be inside. Officer made contact and advised clear.

1313 E. 32nd Street - 11:25 p.m.
Caller advised that a male went into the ER who had been in a fight. Officer advised this is in reference to a call an officer had at the bowling alley earlier.

Saturday, Feb. 11

Fight
1075 E. Highway 180 -
Group of females and males fighting/was physical/still at McDonalds/about 8 people. Officer made contact and issued three subjects indefinite CTWs for McDonalds.

Criminal damage to property
Leslie Road
Caller advised that she just returned home from the store and someone has thrown a rock through her bedroom window. Officers out at address.

Domestic disturbance
N. Gold Street
Caller advised he was told by a neighbor to call re: a physical domestic at this address. Officer made contact and advised that everything is okay, the male and female left. Advised transporting female and two babies to a Corbin Street address.

W. Market Street
Caller advised she hasn't heard from her 32-year-old daughter in over five weeks/caller has custody of the 8-year-old granddaughter/caller lives in Ruidoso. Officer advised contact was made with daughter and officer will call caller.

62-year-old male has COPD and is on oxygen. Officer made contact and advised everything is okay.

Male and female with a small child in a stroller/the child has been crying for over an hour. Caller went to check on the child and the couple started to leave in a hurry headed down Spring Street. Advised it sounded like the baby was in pain. Officers out at Gospel Mission/out with couple across from Javalina.

Caller advised she is getting phone threats from an unknown male saying he is going to beat up a named male who is not at the location. Officer had negative contact with subject but did leave a message.

Intoxicated subject wanting police. Officer advised one in custody.

Sunday, Feb. 12

Fight
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Officer advised everything okay/units clear.

Suspicious vehicle
3025 E. Highway 180
Officer advised the vehicle belongs to one of the employees.

Welfare check
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised that a named female hasn't showed up to work. Officer made contact with female and advised she was uncooperative/advised she is okay/then walked away/clear.

Unwanted subject
Leslie Road
A named male is refusing to leave and caller wants a CTW issued. Officer advised the male was issued an indefinite CTW to one apartment/later issued indefinite CTW for whole Lintero complex.

Burglary
Silver City RV Storage
Caller advised her storage was broken into.

Criminal damage to property

Damage to door at the apartment.

6th Street
Caller requests officer to follow her to her daughter's residence as the daughter is texting that she needs help/she does not know the exact address/her daughter is with a named male. Officers out at address on 6th Street.

Caller's kids told him his 6, 8, and 11-year-old told him their mom is drunk and thinking about driving. Caller advised that he is at the house now/will be taking the children with him.
