Someone is stealing items from the house up the street/the house is open/they were on a 4-wheeler.

Domestic disturbance
Post Office
Was patrolling the area and heard a females yelling/they are refusing to speak to officer. Officer advised all units okay/clear.

Domestic disturbance
S. Franey Street and Central Avenue
Officer advised it is a civil matter.

HPD
Caller advised that a male wearing a gray hoodie is running in front of traffic. Officer made contact with a male who was running to the post office/everything is okay.

D Street
Caller advised that someone stole a TV out of her vehicle and she has a pretty good idea who took it.

Harassment
Elguea Street - 5:45 p.m.
Caller advised that a named male is harassing her over the phone.

Criminal trespass warning
Elguea Street - 7:50 p.m.
Caller request a CTW for her brother. Advised that he was revving the engine and peeled out very fast leaving marks on the street and in the yard. Advised the brother also dumped hot coals in the alley as well. Officer put out ATL.

N. Bard Street
Father is refusing to leave. Caller called back to advise his father took off running when . . .

Welfare check
N. James Street - 5:45 p.m.
A named male is mentally ill, is a severe diabetic, and escaped from caller. Caller advised that he found out he took Corre Caminos to Santa Clara.

Welfare check
N. James Street - 7:50 p.m.
Caller advised that his brother is highly mentally unstable, is a severe diabetic, and might be in the garage. Officer advised en route with one male to a Chukar Drive address.

N. Hutchinson and W. Oak streets
Officer made contact and advised everything is okay/she was just going for a walk.
