Come down to the Silver City Co-op and join Bret Sarnquist, a Registered Dietitian and former professional chef, for a tour of the the supplement department. Bret will discuss what to look for in supplements. Please be aware that, by law, Bret is unable to provide specific dietary advice for any individual or nutrition prescriptions for any specific food or supplement.

Bret is a New Mexico-licensed Registered Dietitian specializing in sports nutrition and nutritional management of chronic diseases like diabetes, anemia, and osteoporosis.
