Criminal trespass

Walk-in advised that someone keeps going on his property several times a week.

Walk-in advised that somebody had driven into his yard and driven over his garden hose. Deputy had negative contact with driver of vehicle.

Welfare check
Highway 180 - MM 93 (about two miles west of Mangas)
Elderly lady walking on the side of the road/may have dementia because she didn't know her last name. Caller will be waiting.

Burglary
Hanover Creek Road - Fierro
Caller advised his father's house has been broken into again.

Welfare check
Highway 180 - MM 106 (roughly halfway between Red Rock and Truck Bypass junctions)
Caller advised that her 28-year-old son called his grandmother and said, “I love you Nana.” Caller is afraid he might want to hurt himself. Advised he is on an ankle bracelet and is upset because he is not being allowed to put in a Wifi line. Deputy made contact with son and advised that everything is okay.

Breaking and entering
Circle View Trailer Park
Occurred this morning and she believes the neighbor is the suspect. NMSP officer had negative contact.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised that his rear tire was slashed in the parking lot today while he was at work.

Larceny

Grandson stole her diabetic needles last night.

Domestic disturbance
Mimbres Yucca Drive - Upper Mimbres
A named male choked her in front of the kids. Deputy made contact and advised the male will be leaving for the rest of the day/negative on signs of a physical domestic and he was told to get an eviction packet.

Welfare check
Cuprite Court - Tyrone
The ex-wife of the homeowner is living in the back yard under a tarp/she also had surgery and has staples in her face and neck and is sleeping on the ground. Deputy advised female is living inside/she advised she just set up the tarp because she likes to be outside.

Game and Fish
Muleshoe
Bear in his front yard eating his chickens. Caller advised it is a cinnamon bear. Per NMSP dispatch G&F will not be able to respond but if it is an immediate danger go ahead and put the bear down. Deputy put the bear down.

Harassment

Caller advised she is being threatened by one of the residents' families who stated she needed to watch out on the streets.

Pinos Altos - Dead Man's Curve
Hurt deer on side of the road. Deputy out at the 3 MM.

Criminal trespass warning
Kohdy Lane - Arenas Valley
Caller wants a CTW put on a named male as he is calling saying he's going over to caller's house.

Unwanted subject
Lobo Drive -- Cliff
A named female is refusing to leave/unknown if she is drinking or doing drugs. She is screaming and causing problems. Deputy advised that caller is in Deming and caller's wife allowed the female to be there.
