Caller advised that a named male is on scene and is hitting his brothers. Dispatch could hear multiple subjects yelling. Advised male left after kicking in her front door. Deputy en route.

Caller advised that a named male’s sister is yelling at him. Deputy en route.

Criminal trespass warning
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that a named male with a CTW for this address was there. Deputy made contact with caller.

Burglary
W. Highway 180
Caller advised he has a list of stolen items from his property.

Reckless driver
Western Drive
ATV up and down the street at a high rate of speed. Deputy made contact with subject and he was advised to slow down and he advised he would.

Unwanted subject
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that a named female is at her house and she is not supposed to be there. Female left prior to arrival.

Tuesday, Aug. 1

Domestic disturbance
Cobre Street – Vanadium
Caller advised that his son is threatening him. Advised his son has been drinking and has weapons. Deputy advised clear/father did not want to let them into the house/negative on an arrest.

Domestic disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that a named male just hit and choked him. Advised the male is in the fifth wheel now. Caller advised she didn’t want an ambulance she was just scared and upset.

Criminal trespass warning
El Otro Lado – Upper Mimbres
Caller requests a CTW be issued to a named male for this address. Deputy did so.

Domestic disturbance
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Officer requested ambulance for a female who was choked, stomped on and had her head beat against a vehicle.

Game and Fish
Tabor Avenue and Apache Street
Caller advised they can hear a mountain lion/they also saw one run across the road. Deputy gave caller NMSP phone number for G&F.

Wednesday, Aug. 2

Welfare check
Hot Springs Canyon Road – Lower Mimbres
Deputy attempted to serve two warrants, one out of Deming and the other out of Safford, Arizona. Deputy had negative contact/she advised me he has not been here in three months.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180
Elderly male hit a tree. Deputy requested ambulance for a male who is disoriented. LE advised Luna County on scene.

GCSD
Walk-in complaint. Deputy out with a named male en route to VA Clinic on 32nd Street.

Larceny
E. Highway 180
Sister stole her TV.

Thursday, Aug. 3

Assault
Rosedale Road – Grant County
Caller advised he is receiving threatening messages advising he needs to get a bulletproof vest. Deputy out at the In-And-Out Lube at this time.

Accident-injuries
S. Highway 90 @ Tyrone Mine
Just past Tyrone Maine a male on a motorcycle lost control/unknown exact injuries/he is dazed and confused. Per TVFD, male has upper back pain and road rash. EMS1 advised Native Air go to GRMC/Native Air en route to base/EMS1 at helipad.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 98 (between Mangas and Red Rock Road junction)
Deputy advised to send next wrecker for the vehicle as it is a traffic hazard.

Harassment
Century Drive – San Lorenzo
Caller advised she is being harassed by a male who she served eviction papers to. Deputy made contact with male and advised him no more contact with caller, just adhere to the eviction papers that were served on him. He advised he will comply.

Reckless driver
Western Drive
Caller advised an ATV is driving recklessly up and down the road. Deputy made contact advising a male was giving a child a ride. He was advised to stay off the roadway. Caller requested frequent patrol.

Reckless driver
11820 E. Highway 180
A black motorcycle and a black 4 wheeler driving recklessly in their parking lot. Deputies had contact on Goathead Path/subjects advised they won’t do it again.

Suspicious vehicle
Partridge Drive
Caller advised they left for camping and a black SUV is there and leaving toward Ridge Road. Deputy made contact at address and advised all doors and windows to the residence are secure.

Request officer
Kneeling Nun Road
Caller advised that his grandson is trespassing on his property. Caller was advised the deputy will speak to the grandson tomorrow.
