A named male left the hospital in El Paso against medical advice with serious condition. Caller called him just now and he wasn’t making sense. Officer had negative contact.

Irate customer that needs to be removed/he is being loud and combative/he is upset about his reservation.

Caller advised that his neighbor is acting extremely strange and was outside screaming earlier. Officer made contact with a named female in the ditch who was yelling and venting about some frustration. Female was advised to keep it down.

An adult female took a basket full of beer about three minutes ago.

Walk-in advised he is being harassed at work by a named female.

Caller advised a female hit his Cadillac with her vehicle.

A named male wearing camo is in her backyard. Officer advised the male has a CTW issued on July 19, 2017.

Caller advised that a male that stole from them two weeks ago is in the store. Advised the male left in a 2door older Nissan pickup with wood in the back. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised she went with her son to get his belongings and a named female started cussing and yelling at them calling them names. Caller called back advising it is getting worse.

Caller advised he has not been able to get a hold of his 92-year-old sister for a few days. Advised she is legally blind.

Caller called yelling at someone to get out of her house. Officer advised she is doing okay at this time.

Caller advised that a female took a white dress shirt for a male and also some toys that were in packages that she put in her purse. Officer out on foot at Ridgewood Motors and has contact with female.

Caller advised a 76-year-old male got locked inside the VA Clinic. Advised the male went in for an appointment today/unknown how he got left in there. Caller is very confused and is not making sense.

Caller advised that her boyfriend just threw her out along with all her belongings/he has been drinking/she is standing outside. Officer made contact with El Refugio and they advised they can take her in. Officer advised en route with one female to El Refugio.

Officer set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Caller advised a neighbor tried assaulting his friend.

Caller advised that a female and a male are arguing at the front desk. Officer on scene.

Caller advised he is a customer and about five minutes ago he heard a female screaming behind the Chevron. Officer had negative contact with anyone.

Caller advised that her nephew put his hands on her and also broke the windshield of her car/he took off walking toward McDonalds/she is not hurt. Officer had negative contact.

A named male has been circling the park where she has been for the past 30 minutes.

Javelinas in his yard and one charged at him.

Walmart did not want to pursue charges against a 13-year-old male for taking a cell phone valued at $45. Officer advised that the juvi’s father was very upset and gave his son a lecture/the officer also talked to him/juvi said he would not . . .

Fight
407 N. Hudson Street
Two males fighting/have a gun. Officer advised the officer has two males at gunpoint/officer advised state police is there also and officers have one in investigative detention and the other still at gunpoint. Officer advised to show county with one in investigative detention.

Adult male with a prosthetic leg in progress/headed to checkout.

A named female and a named male just went in and tried to fight caller. Advised that the female was just fired and caller is the manager. Officer made contact and issued both female and male indefinite CTWs for Wendy’s.

Male lying on the sidewalk. Male stated he was just taking a break and is okay.

Caller advised that a female has been loitering outside for a while and they want her removed. Officer made contact and advised that the female will be moving along.

Caller advised that someone broke into his residence yesterday trying to steal his paperwork for court.

Caller was crying and very upset/could not understand what she was saying. Officer made contact and advised everything is okay/negative on medical treatment.

Caller advised that his neighbors showed up at his house very intoxicated and yelling at him. Caller advised them he was going to call the police and they left but he can hear them yelling and throwing things at each other. Officer made contact and issued two females and one male indefinite CTWs for two 20th Street addresses.

Male was punching the female. Officers advised that subjects left prior to arrival.

Caller has called three times yelling in the phone. Officer advised everything is okay/negative on medical treatment.

Caller advised that a neighbor is harassing her. Officer made contact with caller who advised she hears her neighbors yelling and feels scared and threatened. Officer advised caller to avoid all contact with neighbors until she gets her restraining order taken care of.

Male is making threatening gestures/walking south in traffic/appears to be having a mental health issue. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised he spoke to his mother 30 minutes ago then his dad arrived home and mom said let me call you right back but she hasn’t. Officer made contact and advised they are on the phone now.

Caller was hysterically yelling and screaming and crying/hard to understand but did make out, “They’re coming to get me.” Officer made contact/clear/she is fine/negative on medical treatment.

Caller advised she was eating dinner on her patio when she heard a single gunshot and seconds later she saw a shell casing fall into her yard. Officer had negative contact with anything.

Caller advised that subjects are at the dumpster and he wants CTWs issued.

W. 6th Street
Caller advised that her 62-year-old sister has been sick lately and they can’t get through to her. Officer made contact with sister advising she is fine and will be calling caller.

Aggravated assault
1313 E. 32nd Street
Patient at the ER advised that he was assaulted on Friday with a bat. Male subject did not want to speak with officers and denied the incident.
