Caller advised her purse got stolen last night from her vehicle.

Harassment
Thunder Road
Caller advised she is still having problems with her neighbor over her dogs. Deputy had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that a 17-year-old daughter is threatening to leave. Deputy advised it is all verbal.

Welfare check
Basalt Drive
Caller advised that her sister is texting her daughter and threatening suicide/she has a history of depression and drug use. Deputy made contact with sister and advised she is fine but upset.

Assault
Truck Bypass
Deputy made contact with caller who advised that his neighbors are in the midst of a breakup and he saw her and her brother removing stuff from the house and the male yelled at him to mind his own business.

Breaking and entering
Mountain View Drive
Caller who is the caretaker advised that two named individuals broke in and vandalized the residence. Deputies on scene.

Reckless driver
Rosedale Road
Deputy made contact with vehicle and the driver said he passed a vehicle on Rosedale going at a very slow rate of speed and he would make sure to drive normal from now on.

Suspicious vehicle
Johnson Road – Sunrise Estates
Deputy made contact and advised the subjects are just talking/they will be leaving.

Harassment
Chukar Drive
Caller from CVS advised he had to ask a named female to leave the store and is afraid she might retaliate against his residence. Deputy set up frequent patrol for one month.

Saturday, Aug. 12

Unattended death
Mobile Drive – 10:54 a.m.
Caller went to check on a named friend and he didn’t answer the door and caller smelled a strong odor coming from the house. Caller also advised that the vehicle the friend drives hasn’t been moved in a while. Caller advised will wait for deputy At SCPD. Deputies advised they are following caller to Mobile Drive/door was open/send OMI.

Ridge Road
Weed eater and hedgers taken from backyard.

Criminal trespass warning
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her soon-to-be ex-husband violated his CTW twice today. Deputy made contact with caller and advised that caller wants a couple of hours to think about filing a complaint.

Sunday, Aug. 13

Larceny
5490 Highway 152
Caller advised that a dealer advised that one of his guns was stolen yesterday from the gun show.

Assault
S. Highway 180 – Cliff
Deputy meeting with her at 1:30 p.m.

Welfare check
Little Walnut Road past Cleveland Mine
Caller advised he went for a hike. Black baseball cap/beige shorts/orang-peach shirt/red Ford Ranger on the side of the road. Been out about an hour. Deputy advised he’s going to run his sirens. Other deputy advised he has contact and to tell caller to look to his left.

Criminal damage to property
Rosedale Road
Black car hit her fence last night.

Weapons fired
Yucca Lodge – Fort Bayard
Caller advised someone is shooting behind Yucca Lodge in Fort Bayard and they are on the game preserve. Deputy advised subject did let me look in the vehicle and it was just fireworks.

Accident-property damage
S. Highway 90 – Tyrone Mine
Vehicle vs deer. Unknown where the deer is.

Accident-property damage
XYZ Ranch
Caller advised he just hit a baby elk and it is still alive. Deputy advised one shot fired/no damage done to vehicle.

Suspicious vehicle
Bandoni Drive
Deputy made contact with a named individual who advised they were hired by a named female with a realty company to clean up the place.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive
Deputy made contact and subject advised he will turn the music down.

Suspicious vehicle
S. Highway 90 @ Cullum Drive
Dispatch advised that the subjects called earlier advising they had broken down and were waiting for a wrecker. Caller was advised to call back if the vehicle was still there more . . .
