Caller advised she has not heard from her daughter since Tuesday when caller was speaking with her and she started yelling at someone and the phone disconnected/the daughter did call back that evening and told caller that he took her phone and broke her finger/she lives with her uncle.

Officer advised that everything is okay.

N. Prescott Street – 12:05 a.m.
Caller advised that the drug addict keeps going into her yard and feeding her dogs/he just threw a bag of meat into her yard and took off running. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that his neighbor just called advising a disturbance and a named male is at caller’s house.

N. Prescott Street – 10:55 p.m.
Male subject walking around drunk with a beer in his hand whistling and talking loudly.

Saturday, Aug. 19

Welfare check
S. Prescott Street
Male requested an ambulance but when asked for his phone number he kept repeating his address and then disconnected the line. Officer advised everything is okay.

Sunday, Aug. 20

Reckless driver
Highway 152 @DOT
Gold Buick unable to maintain lane/male driver/unable to maintain speed as well/went from 55 to 35. Officer out with vehicle at Highway 180 and County Shooting Range/elderly male maybe a little tired/clear.

Welfare check
N. Bard and W. Oak streets
Caller advised that a purple car was chasing a female down the street. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Welfare check
N. Mineral Street
Caller advised that her neighbor is not feeling well and she’s not going to sleep and caller is hearing her through caller’s open window and she can’t go to sleep either. Officer made contact and advised that the female neighbor has a splinter in her foot or something but refused an ambulance.
