Caller advised she received a call from her daughter and could hear a lot of “commotion” in the background. Deputies had negative contact.

Young female looks distressed and crying. Deputy had contact with female who stated she is okay, enjoying the weather and walking toward Mimbres.

Larceny
Christian Center Road – Buckhorn
Caller advised that either on 8/29 or 8/30, three cans gasoline and a chainsaw were taken/the building they were taken out of was not secure.

Reckless driver
Highway 15 – MM 2
Deputy advised out with vehicle at Highway 15 and Wind Canyon/they are pulled over. Deputy made contact with female/she is elderly and okay/she was . . .

Shoplifting
11820 Highway 180
Two males stole a carton of cigarettes and headed east.

Harassment
Highway 15
Caller advised he has a restraining order against a named male and the male passed by on his bike. Deputy made contact with caller.

Burglary
Delk Drive – Sunrise Estates
Caller advised that her landlord called advising the door from her carport to the home was open. Deputy made contact and cleared the house.

Criminal trespass warning
Chukar Drive
Caller advised that her boyfriend is on scene and she does not want him there/negative on causing problems. Deputy advised standing by while he gets his things out of the house/CTW issued to this address.

Reckless driver
E. Highway 180 and Racetrack Road
Deputy had contact with registered owner/she advised she would take more precaution next time.

Welfare check
Partridge Drive
Caller advised that a 5-year-old girl has been sitting outside and crying for about an hour now.
Deputy made contact with children and babysitter/child is fine/she is just upset because she does not have her ball.

Saturday, Sept. 2

Game and Fish
Cottonwood Road
Dead deer in his yard/now coyotes in his yard. NMSP dispatch was advised.

Reckless driver
GCDC
Blue hatchback circling the jail driving recklessly. Deputy went traffic with vehicle on Ridge Road/landfill.

Injuring tampering with motor vehicle
Partridge Drive
Caller advised that a named individual terrorized them and is leaving in a white Monte Carlo. Deputies went traffic with white Monte Carlo on Hudson/post office.

Domestic disturbance
Fierro Road – Fierro
She is trying to leave and her husband wouldn’t let her/caller advised it was physical.

Suspicious vehicle
Lariat Road – Santa Clara
Deputy advised everything is okay/female is just picking up rocks.

Reckless driver
Highways 152 and 356
Deputy had contact on Central Avenue in Bayard/out at Buttermilk’s/everything is okay.

Weapons fired
Filaree Road
Deputy advised could hear the gunshots but could not find a way to the location.

Loud music
Highway 61
Deputy made contact with homeowner who advised they have a family reunion but will turn down the music.

Unwanted subject
Encino Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named male was on his property causing problems then left on Paisano driving a blue Nissan 4 door car. Deputy set up heavy patrol for next couple of months.

Mountain View Drive
Caller advised a named male who was painting her house took her garden seat and the battery out of her daughter’s car.

Littering
Bald Mountain Ranch Road – Tyrone
Caller advised that someone dumped trash and a washer near her parent’s property. Deputy out with caller.

Harassment
Nun View Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named female is knocking on the door. Deputy made contact advising the female went back home/she will not be knocking on any more doors/everything is okay/other units canceled.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – McMillan Road
Caller advised that a green Honda Foreman is on the side of the road/there is not a visible VIN/it is still hot. Deputy advised to send wrecker.

Loud music
Fairway Drive
Deputy advised they are getting ready to shut it down/they are letting the last song play.

Unwanted subject
Ancheta Road – San Lorenzo
A named male is intoxicated and refusing to leave. Deputy made contact/gave the male a ride home/issued him an indefinite CTW for this location.
