Caller advised that a named male is outside the bank. Officer made contact and advised clear from location/male left prior to arrival.

Caller advised two windows have bullet holes/the bullets also damaged a wall. Officers out at Hudson/College -- Hudson from 12th to College will be shut down.

Caller advised that a patient is raising voice and getting out of hand.

Fraud/embezzlement

Occurred last Wednesday in the drive-thru. Caller stated that someone swapped out her debit card/she thinks it was one of the employees.

Caller advised that a small white 4-door vehicle has been parked by the roadway all day and they would like it moved.

Male that fell out of his vehicle while still in his seatbelt and possibly being drug by the vehicle. Officer requested ambulance for a 79-year-old male bleeding from the arm.

2501 E. Highway 180
Male that stole a bunch of clothes and backpack just walked into the front bathrooms/he is now walking toward O’Reilly’s. Officer advised out with male on east side of 180 near O’Reilly’s.

Male just took a bottle of liquor and is headed around the corner toward Little Caesar’s. Officer advised clear/store was able to get the bottle back.

N. Corbin Street – 6:30 p.m.
Son isn’t supposed to be at her home/he was arrested yesterday for domestic battery against her/he left already. Officer who had son in custody yesterday made contact with caller/has contact with son at 13th/Swan.

Caller advised that while he was in jail his roommates broke the lock and stole his things.

Caller advised that a male did not scan everything at a self-check. Officer on scene.

N. Corbin Street – 10:30 p.m.
Caller advised that the named male is outside. Officer out with the male at the residence/issued male an indefinite CTW for the residence/he will be leaving.

Tuesday, Sept. 26

Burglary

Caller advised that someone kicked office door down last night/he is inside Silver City Chiropractics now and no one is inside/only item missing is a hunting bow.

Caller advised a customer just put a portable computer in his backpack and walked out/store manager is walking after him. Caller called back advising the male is at Lawley Ford and is about to be confronted.

Caller advised that her husband’s girlfriend is living across the street and the girlfriend uses her cell phone on speaker and caller can hear the conversation and she is scared for her life. Caller advised her husband and the girlfriend walk around her house at night/advised she has to sleep with her guns at night now and she is scared.

Caller advised that her 23-year-old boyfriend was supposed to check out today and he didn’t show up at work this morning. Boyfriend was last seen yesterday at Wrangler’s at 6:10 p.m. and hasn’t been heard from since.

A named female walked in and said she was being harassed by a named male.

Caller yelling for someone to get out. Officer made contact with a named female and her caretaker/everything is okay.

Boyfriend of an employee is causing problems/they are in the parking lot.

Officer advised clear/grandmother just passed away.

Caller advised that a female stole some candy and left on foot. Officer had contact with caller who advised the female took a Baby Ruth candy bar and something with a red . . .

Caller advised that a male stole an auxiliary cord and left in a vehicle/unknown description of vehicle/caller does have video.

Caller advised that her son is outside throwing rocks/he is hearing voices again/no alcohol or drugs. Officer advised clear/everything is okay.

Thursday, Sept. 28

Suspicious vehicle

Adult male with a backpack has been standing in the crosswalk for about an hour. Officer had contact with male/clear.

Harassment

Caller advised she was threatened by a named female this morning.

Domestic disturbance
N. Silver Street
Removed. Officer has two females in custody/en route to GCDC.

Breaking and entering
Valle Drive
Possible break-in at vacant residence. Caller is the realtor.

Larceny
W. Hester Street
Males just stole caller’s UPS packages 10 minutes ago/they were driving a black older Chevy car and left toward Alabama Street.

Took beanie and combination lock now walking with a limp toward Arby’s. Officer out with male at First NM Bank/male has an indefinite CTW issued July 15, 2017/officer reissued male a CTW/no charges will be pursued.

Caller advised his 2005 Nissan Altima was just hit by a lady. Officer advised both driver’s licenses and registrations are clear.

Walk-in advised that someone is taking pictures of her children/unknown where it occurred. Officer out at a Gold Street address.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Female walked out with a stereo and was picked up by a male/store has film.

Welfare check
Mountain View Road – hotels
Elderly female walking up the roadway/she just didn’t seem right. Officer had negative contact.

N. Juniper Street
Caller advised that some collectible cards were taken from his residence/no signs of break-in.

Harassment
Little Walnut Road
Request officer so he can show the officer some letters from a named female.

Accident-injuries
E. Highway 180 and Rosedale Road
Two vehicles off the roadway. Caller advised one is a black Nissan Juke and the other is a red Buick. Whiskey Creek VFD drove up on the accident and stopped to check that everyone was okay. A named male requested ambulance for a named female who advised she can’t breathe and has knee pain.

Caller advised that a mother bear and three cubs eat peaches off caller’s tree early in the morning. NMSP Game and Fish dispatch was advised.

La Plata Middle School
Caller advised that someone is threatening to beat her up. Advised that her friend’s mother is threatening to fight her. Advised caller is 13-years-old and the female wanting to fight is 32-years-old. Caller advised she is running from the female. Officer en route to La Plata.

2501 E. Highway 180
Male is trying to walk out with a bottle of liquor/male walked out and is running toward a vehicle. Officer has contact with vehicle.

Domestic disturbance
N. Gold Street
Open 911 line/can hear a male and female arguing/female saying she is not okay with the male hitting her/line was disconnected. Officer advised negative contact with anybody.

Caller was very upset. Officer advised everything is okay.

1313 E. 32nd Street
A 21-year-old male advising he was assaulted somewhere along the highway between Silver City and Arenas Valley/caller advised male is highly intoxicated. Officer advised that the male is not wanting to give any info as to what happened.
