Bayard Police Department

Welfare check
Peru Street
Caller from National Veteran’s Crisis Line advised that a vet called saying he was suicidal and homicidal. The 48-year-old advised he wanted to kill his mother and neighbor with his bare hands. They no longer have him on the line. Officer made contact with vet who advised he is okay and the mother is at work and she is also okay/clear.

DV order violation
Royal Street
Caller advised she was woken up by her daughter arguing with a named male in her bathroom/she has a DVO against him/he got in through the bedroom window/he is now gone.

Stolen motor vehicle
Walnut Street
Caller advised his white Ford pickup has been stolen.

Domestic disturbance
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that two males are in a car and one is saying “help me.”

Harassment
Cobre High School
Caller advised that his son is being harassed by another student at the high school. Caller called again advising sexual harassment against his son.

Caller advised that her and a named male got into an argument last night and now he is threatening to not send kids to school for the week. Officer advised this is a civil matter/got children off to school and advised both parties to take care of parenting plan.

Caller advised that a male is at his residence harassing him. Deputy advised the male left, negative on a CTW/just frequent patrol for now.

Snell Middle School
A named female is being verbally abused by a parent at practice.

Thursday, Sept. 28

Domestic disturbance
N. East Street – 12:50 a.m.
Caller advised that he and his girlfriend got into an argument and she threw all of his stuff out of the house/she left in a white Blazer and she is intoxicated. Caller called back advising the female left her kids by themselves. NMSP officer advised caller to go back to the apartment to stay with the kids.

N. East Street – 1:52 a.m.
Caller advised that a named male is banging on the windows and she does not want him there. Advised he left on foot and she wants a CTW issued. Officer out with male at post office/en route with male to apartment to retrieve his belongings/with male en route to North Hurley.

Criminal damage to property

Caller found a bullet hole in the building.

Domestic disturbance
Fahey Street – 6:05 p.m.
Caller advised that her 23-year-old son is out of control/he is throwing things in the house/he is in the bedroom at this time/negative on alcohol or drugs or anything physical. Officer on scene advising the male left for the night.

Fahey Street – 7:48 p.m.
Caller advised her son is back at her residence and he is upset. Officer advised everything is okay/male is going to get some more belongings and will leave/clear/he left.

Caller advised that her 8-year-old son was threatened by kids at school/they even threatened to stab him.

Caller advised that the neighbors are outside yelling at her. Officer advised clear/everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
N. Bayard Street
Caller advised that a male and female are outside fighting and it sounds like it is physical. Officers advised negative on a domestic/they spoke with named brothers who advised everything is fine.
