Highway 35 and San Francisco Street
Caller advised that his girlfriend punched him in the face/they both have been drinking/they are in a white Ford Escape. Caller refused an ambulance.

Palomino Trail – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that her granddaughter won’t stop talking and she wants her to “shut up” or get out of the house. Deputy advised clear/negative on heading out there/the male and female did leave and were advised not to return.

Welfare check
Airport Road – Hurley
75-year-old female who answered the door and is wearing a diaper and the house is trashed/unknown name of the female/was called in third party by Forest Service personnel.

Unwanted subject
Camino de Viento
Caller stated that his soon-to-be ex-wife has a male living with her and he is on the title of the home as well and he advised that he doesn’t want him there inside the house. Deputy made contact with caller and advised him that his soon-to-be ex-wife has just as . . .

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Walk-in advised that sometimes a named male will yell at him from the roadway and will complain to the landlord/male annoys and harasses caller on a daily basis/male yells and screams at caller for no reason/and blames caller for any issues being caused in Row E of
Rio de Arenas.

Unwanted subject
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Deputy made contact with caller and she wants two subjects issued CTWs for her property. Deputy issued both parties indefinite CTWs/they were arguing over horses. Deputy advised both parties that it was a civil matter.

Suspicious vehicle
End of Vesuvius
Deputy made contact and advised that the subjects will be going somewhere else.

Unwanted subject
34 Main Street – Pinos Altos
Caller advised that a female is outside banging on the windows and was asked to leave the restaurant. Deputy advised that caller advised the female left with Corre Caminos.

Saturday, Sept. 30

Welfare check
E. Highway 90 – Tyrone Townsite – 1:08 a.m.
Caller advising they are stuck in her vehicle near the main entrance to Tyrone/advising the vehicle is rolling back. Deputy advised State Highway that water is coming over bridge on Hwy 90/Tyrone and debris is coming over onto the highway/State Highway personnel was advised. Caller advised they are in the middle of the roadway/advising that the water is up to her windshield/advising it’s her and her friend in the vehicle/advised her friend is freaking out and has a heart condition. Deputy advised have both females safely in his unit at this time.

Caller advised that subjects are trying to kill her/they are choking her right now. Caller advised they are using military designs trying to kill her. Deputy advised female is very irate/refused medical attention/started screaming and yelling.

Accident-property damage
Scott Park
Occurred this morning and person that hit her left a note on her vehicle.

Harassment
Chamisa Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller received a threatening letter in the mail and wants an officer to deliver his response. Caller then changed his mind and said never mind, I will just mail it.

E. Highway 180 @VFW
Unknown subject lying on the ground about ¼ mile from VFW. Deputy had contact and advised dropping off one adult male at Highway 180 and 32nd.

Female lying in the weeds. Deputy had contact/transporting female to Bayard Food
Basket.

Fight
E. Highway 180 @ Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that near the animal clinic 4-5 vehicles have their lights on facing toward subjects that are about to fight. Deputies had negative contact.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 145 (one mile toward Deming past rest area)
Small white car headed toward Hurley/cannot maintain lane and traveling at a high rate of speed. NMSP officer advised clear/did have contact with vehicle/everything is okay/negative on an intoxicated driver.

Sunday, Oct. 1

Burglary
Fierro Road – Fierro
Caller advised that the shed was broken into and a bathroom sink, cabinet, wood stove, and tools were taken. Deputy on scene talking with neighbor.

Stolen motor vehicle
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised that a black car trailer was stolen possibly between Wednesday and today.

Criminal damage to property
GCDC
An inmate damaged something in the jail.
