Caller advised that some radios and fire extinguishers were taken.

Larceny
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised his license plate was stolen. Caller advised he did not know the address where this occurred and stated it was his friend’s vehicle, but caller could not provide deputy with a name and stated his friend was in jail. Deputy advised caller when his friend, unknown name, gets out of jail to contact GCSO.

Game and Fish
Bandoni Drive
Deer caught in chain link fence/still alive but dying. Deputy advised one shot fired in case of any reports/deer is 10-07/someone from G&F is on his way to pick it up.

Suspicious vehicle
Niki’s Road
Caller advised a vehicle is parked in the no parking area/deputy advised contact was made with owner and he is moving . . .

Accident-injuries
W. Highway 180 and Truck Bypass
Caller could hear crash and screaming. Second caller advised she heard a car crash/possible damage to guard rail/possible injuries. Deputy advised vehicle is safely off the roadway. EMS1 advised patient is refusing any treatment.

Caller advised a named female stole her vehicle earlier around 1:30 p.m.

A male client is threatening harm to another male who is the boyfriend of the mother of the first male’s child when the first male heard that the second male was hurting the first male’s child.

Breaking and entering
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that he found a named male in his camping trailer who then ran off. Requests a CTW.

Tuesday, Oct. 3

Missing persons
Cleveland Street -- Bayard
Caller advised a 35-year-old female is missing/she left a note to give caller 24 hours before calling. Officer advised they found the female.

Welfare check
Country Club Road – Silver Acres
Caller advised that her husband is texting her advising he is going to hurt himself. Caller advised he has been drinking/she did not go home/she does not want to fight with him anymore.

Loud music
A Street
Caller advised that neighbors on A Street across from the swimming pool are playing very loud music. Deputy spoke to a named female who stated she will turn it down.

Wednesday, Oct. 4

Request officer
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised a truck was driving by and a tire flew off vehicle and hit Ickard & Newsome Propane fence/there is damage to the fence and propane tank. No injuries.

Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Deputy advised the male is okay.

Burglary
Silver City Golf Course
Caller advised that someone broke into his personal shed and stole various items, including Adidas shoes, Bushnell rangefinder, Bluetooth speaker, and golf clubs.

Assault
Arena Road – Cliff
Walk-in believes his girlfriend was sexually assaulted.

Weapons fired
Yucca Pod Lane
Caller advised that her neighbor is shooting a rifle and has heard about 50 shots in the past 15 minutes/advised he has done this before about two weeks ago. Deputy out on Yucca Pod Lane/deputies out on Yucca Stalk/clear/made contact with a named male and west . . .

Caller requested welcheck on a vacant house that was robbed a month ago. Deputy advised everything is fine at this house.

Caller would like an officer to check on his kids/he thinks their mother isn’t there and if she isn’t, he needs to get them. Deputy found the address vacant.

Thursday, Oct. 5

Hot pursuit
Highway 180 – MM 126 (between Bayard Cemetery and Hurley)
Vehicle is headed toward Bayard swerving/Deputy went traffic with vehicle at Snell Middle School/vehicle is taking off.

Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Subject was referred to El Refugio/all the children are fine at this time.

Harassment
North Hurley Road
Walk-in advised that a named female is harassing her.

Burglary
Ancheta Road – San Lorenzo
Caller advised she heard something but didn’t get up. A 52-inch TV and other items are missing. Caller was yelling and cussing at NMSP Dispatch/she is accusing a named male of doing it.

Harassment
Fort Bayard Medical Center
Caller wants a restraining order on a named individual.

Caller advised that by the boat dock was a male with a young girl who claimed to be 21-years-old but looked about 13 and they were drinking beer. Deputies had negative contact and were headed back to town.

Caller advised that a named male in a white Chevy pickup is taking a generator from the property. Deputies on scene.

Caller advised that a named female pulled her hair. Deputy spoke to both parties and advised them to stay away from each other and away from each other’s belongings
