Caller advised that a couple in a vehicle are physically fighting. Officer advised out at an Aztec Avenue address with two occupants in a gray Mitsubishi sedan. Officer requested ambulance for a 35-year-old female with a possibly broken nose and scratches on her arm. EMS2 advised signed refusal. Officer advised everything is okay.
