Caller advised that his sister is getting out of hand and he wants her removed/negative on alcohol/she’s just yelling and being loud. Officer made contact advising clear/parties advised it was all verbal and agreed to stay away from each other.

Caller would like a named female to have a CTW for all Family Dollar stores/she was just there and was shoplifting but did not catch her on camera.

A named individual took her 2011 silver Dodge Durango yesterday without her permission and has not returned it. Officer made contact advising clear/caller has located her vehicle and was going to Silver to pick it up.

Breaking and entering
Elguea Street – 7 p.m.
A named male is breaking into caller’s garage/her husband is wearing pajama pants and a green shirt and has a gun but will put it down once the officers are there. Caller was advised to ask husband to go back inside and he refused until officers were there. Officer made contact advising will be changing locations to an Aztec Street address.

Aztec Avenue – 8:50 p.m.
Caller advised that his uncle is causing problems and is refusing to leave/negative on alcohol. Officer advised everything is okay/male was tasered twice/requesting ambulance. CYFD okayed 13-year-old son to stay at location/male will stay at GRMC in reference to his mental status.

Cortez Avenue
Lady sitting on the highway too close to the road. Second caller will be checking on subject who is lying next to a white vehicle that is real close to the highway. Officer made contact advising there is a dog that got hit by a vehicle/it is still alive/wants ACO to pick it up. A named male in a white Toyota Tacoma called to say he would help with the dog and its vet bills/the named male took the dog and he will care for it.

Her husband intentionally broke her phone.

Caller heard a gunshot first then their window broke and they saw a male and a female on foot headed down Prescott. Officer made contact advising it wasn’t a weapon firing but a transformer that blew out at a N. Bayard Street address/PNM was notified. Officers spoke with caller and showed him the window where caller believed that it was a gunshot.

Caller advised that a named female was outside his house harassing him but she has now left/would like a CTW issued.

Caller advised his vehicle has been egged and he knows who it is.

3 or 4 juvi males carrying either a golf club or a bat that possibly broke the windows on the old building next to the pile of dirt by the Splash Park. Officer made contact advising everything is okay/the broken windows have actually been broken for a long time.
