Her 27-year-old son has destroyed property inside the residence and is refusing to leave. NMSP on scene.

Caller stated that a named male and a named female returned some merchandise that was shoplifted from inside the store.

Male took a bottle of vodka and is walking towards the KFC. Officer had contact with caller but negative contact with male.

Caller hasn’t been able to get hold of the elderly male since Dec. 20. Caller advised he is very hard of hearing and is not answering the door. Officer had contact with male.

Two vehicles in the roadway/unknown injuries.

Caller advised that a named male became upset that his prescription was taking too long and threw a package at him and hit him in the face. Male left/caller does not need medical attention.

A named male is in the store wearing a black hoodie. Officer made contact advising the male was released on a CTA/clear.

Criminal trespass warning

A named male is in the back restrooms and has a CTW for the business.

Caller stated her husband is on her roof with another male and that he has been on her roof all night long and won’t come down. Advised there is a court order for him to stay away from her.

Caller stated she is trying to get a named male to leave and he won’t leave the residence. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/verbal/clear/will ATL.

Caller advised she heard a window shatter and a woman came out with her leg bleeding. Officers made contact.

Criminal trespass
710 Silver Heights Blvd.
Unauthorized female in Room 129/he does not want her on the property. Officer had contact with female advising she was issued an indefinite CTW for the Copper Manor. Officer requested ambulance for a 36-year-old female having suicidal ideations.

A male wrapped in a blanket is stumbling all over the sidewalk. Officer had contact advising the male is a little intoxicated but is okay.

Domestic disturbance
N. Swan Street
A named male is intoxicated and is throwing a named female’s clothing outside. Officer made contact advising verbal/everything is okay.

Larceny
Kentucky Street
Caller stated that his medications that were delivered on Jan. 5 were stolen from his mailbox sometime between 4 p.m. on Jan. 5 and 12:06 p.m. on Jan. 6. Caller stated he received a call from Campus Police that a package addressed to him was found, along with several empty prescription bottles, by the amphitheater.

Caller stated that a named female is harassing him over the phone with some messages accusing him of sleeping with another woman. Officer made contact with caller.

Gunshot victim in the ER that occurred in the county. NMSP clear.

A named male’s back door is wide open and they haven’t seen him in a few days. Officer advised negative contact twice/secured the residence/clear.

Caller advised an alarm in a Land Cruiser has been going off for a while now. Officer advised, “I have been out here for a while and it has not gone off.”

Caller advised that the female in Room 238 is calling advising that her husband is outside of her room threatening to shoot her. Officer made contact advising everything is okay.

Suspicious vehicle

Officers advised battery is dead/owner is going to try to get help to get it started.

Sunday, Jan. 7

Unwanted subject
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised that a named male is yelling and banging on the door trying to get in the apartment. Officer went traffic with male at Grant/Highway 180. Advised male was issued an indefinite CTW to the whole apartment complex.

Walk-in advised she is receiving texts from her ex-boyfriend.

Caller advised he just got home after being gone about three weeks and his guns and tools were stolen/does not see signs of forced entry. Officer was advised.

Pinos Altos Road and Silver Heights Blvd.
NMSP officer on scene witnessing a battery occur/is requesting backup. SCPD officer out with a named individual advising subject has two outstanding warrants from Laney’s court.
DV order violation
Valley Vista
Caller advised her son’s father called her and he is not allowed to be calling her, they can only text each other. Officer viewed texts.

Domestic disturbance

Caller advised she can hear them yelling and it sounds like the male was choking the female. Officer had contact advising the female stated it was only her and her small child in the apartment/the child appeared fine.

Caller advised that her son is at the residence and is causing problems/they are in the process of evicting him.

Caller advised there is an open fire and all the lights are off at the house. Officer out with vehicle.
