Caller stated her 20-year-old son assaulted her 16-year-old son and left on a red Honda motorcycle headed north. Advised that the 16-year-old has scrapes and scratches but does not need medical assistance. Deputy advised on Highway 35/will continue to Highway 15.

Battery
Cottonwood Street
Caller advised that her cousin hit her because she asked him to leave/she does not need medical attention. Deputy had contact advising one female in custody/en route to office.

Unwanted subject
Truck Bypass
Caller wants a named male removed from residence re: him causing problems. Deputy had contact with caller/male left while deputy was talking to caller.

Missing persons
A Avenue – Hachita
Three kids missing/3, 6, and 9-years-old/last seen playing in the yard about five minutes ago. Caller called back to cancel call/the grandfather took the children without notifying her.

Suspicious vehicle
Lusk and Royal streets
Deputy advised vehicle backing up/everything is okay.

Welfare check
Racetrack Road and E. Highway 180
Caller advised an unattended vehicle is parked in the middle of the roadway about a mile up from the highway with its hazards on. Deputy advised out with NMSP/wrecker en route.

Reckless driver
Fort Bayard Road @ Highway 180
Deputy had contact advising subjects are from out of town and were looking at their map.

Saturday, Jan. 6

Accident-property damage
Turkey Creek Road -- Gila
Caller stated someone hit the propane tank at his house and he had to shut off the valve.

Harassment
Hidden Valley Lane
Caller received a threatening letter and she believes it was sent by her ex-husband.

Burglary
Mountain View Drive
His residence was broken into but no weapons were taken that he is aware of.

Larceny
Artcher Road – 5 p.m.
Caller stated that someone took her clock and other items from her residence. Caller stated that her granddaughter and boyfriend reside with her and she is afraid of them.

Domestic disturbance
Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller received a text from the neighbor of her daughter advising there is a lot of yelling coming from the house. Deputies had contact advising it was all verbal/male was dropped off at Royal John Mine Road and Hot Springs Ranch.

Missing persons
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised she has not seen her husband since Wednesday night at 9:30 p.m./she has looked everywhere she can think of and cannot find him.

Harassment
Artcher Road – 6:22 p.m.
Caller advised that her granddaughter is back at the residence and is yelling and cussing at her. Advised she is slamming the doors over and over again and is threatening her. Deputy had contact advising clear/everything is okay.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 152 – MM 3-4
Deputy advised clear/vehicle is secured.

DV order violation
Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised that a named male has called five times and texted her nine times and is making violent threats to her and threatening to go to her work.

Criminal trespass warning
La Tienda del Sol – Upper Mimbres
Deputy advised caller to try to get a video of subject being on scene to be able to press charges since subject left the area.
