Deputy talked to registered owner who said they were deer hunters.

Caller advised she found a neighbor face down with blood near his left ear. Advised he is starting to get up now. Caller advised there is a bit of blood coming out of his ear and he possibly has a broken nose from the fall. Caller advised it looks like he was walking then fell. Caller does not know him that well.

Criminal trespass
Highway 152 – Hanover
Caller advised that her neighbor and his girlfriend and her sister are trespassing on caller’s property and she has it posted. Deputy made contact with caller.

Weapons fired
North Hurley Road
Caller advised that someone drove by in a small blue pickup and shot a handgun three times. Deputy advised blew tire on Highway 180/MM 118 (Uncle Woody’s Flea Market). Another deputy out at a North Hurley Road Address.

Unwanted subject
Highway 180 @Terrazas Funeral Chapel.
A named male is causing problems for caller and his staff.

Missing persons
Camino Serna Drive – 8 p.m.
78-year-old male with Alzheimer’s missing since 5:30 p.m. Is a diabetic and hasn’t had evening meds. Deputies out at caller’s house.

Tuesday, Jan. 16

Welfare check
11820 Highway 180
Male walking a bike is swerving in and out of traffic/wearing a big brown coat and scraggly looking. Deputy had contact on 180/Morales Road/advised wrong subject/the subject is down by Mike’s Tires/has contact in front of the Sharpening Center.

Unattended death
Highway 152
A named male is lying on the floor/unknown if he is breathing at this time/is cold to the touch. Advised he has been sick and on oxygen and was using a walker. EMT3 in area ATL.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive – 7:30 p.m.
Caller advised it is so loud he can’t even watch TV in his home. Deputy out with female homeowner who said she would turn it down.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive – 8:15 p.m.
And yelling. Deputies advised they parked a few houses down and turned off their unit. They advised they could hear the slight sound of music coming from the address. They made contact with the homeowner who stated she had turned the music down when she spoke with the other deputy earlier. The deputies advised that it was the bass that they could hear and to turn it down and that if deputies get called out there again she could be cited or taken to jail.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Chalcopyrite Court -- Tyrone
Caller advised his vehicle was egged about 30 minutes ago.

Wednesday, Jan. 17

Loud music
Pheasant Drive – 11 a.m.
Loud bass music. Deputy advised subject has copy of noise ordinance and honestly music is not that loud. Deputy advised the music could not be heard until the deputy was out of the unit and was in front of the . . .

Noise complaint
Pheasant Drive – 1:36 p.m.
No report.

Criminal trespass warning
GCSD
Deputy had contact with a named female and her daughter who stated that the daughter Is packing and leaving her boyfriend who is at work right now and the females would like a CTW issued to the boyfriend for the mother’s and the daughter’s homes.

Game and Fish
Bear Mountain Road
There is an arrow(?) with a pink arrow sticking out of its back. NMSP and G&F were notified.

Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised a couple were arguing. Deputy had negative contact.

Caller advised he is having suicidal thoughts and is depressed.
Deputy had contact advising units clear/spoke with the male/he’s going to go to sleep.

Thursday, Jan. 18

Burglary
Bear Mountain Road
Caller stated that one of their fire trucks is missing/someone broke into the building. It’s a black Polaris UTV with a water pump and water tank on the back/has PA fire logo on both doors.

Request officer
Highway 180 @tailings
Caller advised he is in a green Peterbilt and there is a male there claiming caller kicked up a rock and broke his windshield and is insisting on a police report. Deputy has contact with both vehicles.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Pinon Drive
Black light of her 2015 Gray Malibu has been stolen.

Domestic disturbance
Chavez Road – Upper Mimbres
16-year-old stepson causing problems.
