Caller advised a small car that sounds like a “rice-burner car” keeps driving up and down the road. Deputy out with red Camaro/a named male and a named female were just talking.

Deputy advised negative contact.

Male walking toward Silver is screaming at cars that pass. Deputy had contact with two males advising one brother was having problems with his partner but is now okay/refused medical.

Criminal trespass warning
Whispering Hills
Deputy spoke with a named male who advised a male was parking in his neighbor’s driveway honking his horn trying to get caller’s daughter to come out, but she doesn’t want anything to do with him. Deputy set up frequent patrol.

Tuesday, Feb. 27

Harassment
Railroad Drive
Caller advised that a named male, who is the brother of his son’s girlfriend, is threatening to do harm to the family. Deputy had phone contact and was told it was the right number but the wrong person and hung up.

Little Walnut/Gomez Peak
Dead deer in roadway.

Accident-injuries
S. Highway 90 – MM18
Swerved to miss a deer and hit a guardrail. Has an injured wrist and is going to get out of the vehicle as it is smoking. Deputy requested NMSP to assist.

Criminal trespass
North Hurley Road
Caller advised two males are on another male’s property trying to get a vehicle started and no one should be there.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive
Deputy had contact advising music was turned off prior to arrival but the homeowner was advised that when he had his music on to keep it down.

Thursday, Mar. 1

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM84 (Cliff)
Deputy had contact advising had followed vehicle for 4 ½ miles and he is not swerving.

Accident-property damage
Racetrack and Crum roads
Before Crum Road white car in the ditch. Deputy requested next wrecker on rotation.

Burglary
Silver Bell Road
Caller stated that his house has been ransacked/bow was taken/no guns were taken.

Harassment
GCDC
A male inmate would like to report harassment that is going on outside of the jail/he is afraid for his safety when he is released.

Domestic disturbance
Mimbres Quail Lane – Upper Mimbres
Caller stated they are physically fighting and he is beating her up/he is lighting her items on fire. Deputy advised negative contact at the residence/doesn’t look like anyone has been here in a while.

Welfare check
North Hurley Road
Caller advised they have not seen their 58-year-old uncle since Monday. When they knock on his door there is no answer. Deputy advised he is making entry into the house/negative contact with male.

Rancho Road – Lake Roberts
Caller advised he is very upset re: the anniversary of his partner’s passing. Advised he has been drinking and feels like he is going crazy. NMSP officer advised he will be sending a deputy and an ambulance. Deputy advised he will be dropping into the Lake Roberts community and will have limited radio service/had contact with a male.
