Criminal damage to property
Steeple Rock Mining District – western Grant County near AZ state line
Caller advised subjects stole about $1,000 or more worth of mine property. Deputy advised caller not requesting response.

Burglary
Coye Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her residence was broken into and a .380 pistol and about $1,000 were taken. Caller believes she knows who did it.

Welfare check
Jennings Lane – Lake Roberts
Doctor called her in reference to her brother who has not been answering his phone all day and missed his appointment today. Advised he is in a wheelchair and has been depressed. Deputy on scene/going to leave a note on the door for subject to call dispatch.

Burglary
Camino Seco – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that someone took the doorknob off her back door and multiple items and money were taken.

Aggravated assault
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised her son told her that a male in a silver SUV pulled a gun on him.

Harassment
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that her neighbor’s kids have been shooting at her dog with BBs or pellets. Deputy had contact advising the dog was shot with a BB gun and will be going to the vet tomorrow.

Loud music
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised his wife has the flu and is not able to rest because of the loud music. Deputy advised that a named female turned off the music.

North Hurley Road
Lost kid wandering around with no shoes, maybe 15-years-old. Deputy had negative contact.

Tuesday, Mar. 13

Domestic disturbance
1075 E. Highway 180
Deputy requests another unit/NMSP officer on scene/male in investigative detention and things were figured out and he was released.

Railroad Avenue
Caller advised that she is fighting with her kids’ dad and her 21-year-old son had to pull him off her as he was choking her/he is intoxicated. Caller is outside, male is inside, son is in the room with wife and baby. Caller’s other children went to Grandma’s house. Deputy advised clear/NMSP took the arrest.

W. Highway 180 – Mangas Valley
Caller advised that her husband is ‘crazy’ and ‘wants her dead.’ Advised her husband electrocutes her and wants to kick her out of the house. Advised that her husband and landlords are trying to electrocute her. Deputy had contact with a named female who advised she suffers from schizophrenia and is bi-polar. She believes a named family is trying to electrocute her and kill her. Advised that her husband had hit her in the past. She showed . . .

Caller advised a bunch of trash is in the middle of the road. Deputy out with DOT personnel.

Battery
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller wants CTWs issued to two named females. Advised one just punched her in the face and is still outside arguing with a named male who she is divorcing. Deputy advised caller was very uncooperative.

Caller advised someone attempted to break into his residence.

Highway 356 – Santa Rita Mine
Caller advised a male was hitting a female at this location then shoved her into a pickup. Bayard officers out with vehicle/both parties denied anything happened.

Caller advised subjects inside the house are heard yelling, “I’m going to kill you” and “Get out of my house.” Deputies had contact advising spoke with all parties involved and it did not appear at all that the couple was fighting.

Caller from Morenci advised his brother took some belongings from his home. Deputy had contact with caller who advised his brother and sister are in the middle of probate over property left to them by their parents and he was advised that his brother went into the . . .

Thursday, Mar. 15

Suspicious vehicle
Truck Bypass – 1:35 a.m.
Caller advised that a newer red Camaro has been parking by the mailboxes the last couple of nights. Deputy had contact with vehicle and spoke with the driver who advised he fell asleep and ran out of gas and as soon as he gets some gas he will be on his way. Caller called back advising the male is still there and now he is flashing his lights and he is parked facing her bedroom.

Truck Bypass – 6:30 a.m.
Red Camaro is parked in the area of the mailboxes near Lomita Drive. Deputy had contact advising a named male is sleeping in the driver’s seat waiting for someone to bring him gas.

Caller advised the red Camaro is still by her mailboxes. Advised that someone was hiding in the bushes when the officer would come then they would go back to the car when officer left. Caller wants the male to leave/he is disturbing the peace. Caller is upset because he flashed his lights in her window all night.

A named male was just there on foot trying to get in and they have a CTW issued to him. Deputies ATL with negative contact.

Caller advised a DV victim just walked into the restaurant/is refusing medical attention/wants to file a report.

Deputy had contact advising music will turned down/clear. Caller called back advising he still cannot sleep as music is still on. Deputy advised they did have the music low/they could barely hear it when they drove up/advised they would turn . . .
