Our replacement shelves are empty

During your Spring Cleaning, clear out your piled-up books and no longer wanted DVDs and donate them to the Friends of the Library. Just drop them off in the Friends’ bins at the library or call Barbara at 538-4940 if you have several boxes. We especially want fiction published in the past 5 years BUT

We also will accept fiction and/or non-fiction regardless of publication date or category of book. Our bookstore sells fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, collectibles, cassette tapes, music CDs, vinyl records, audio books, spiritual, self-help, cookbooks, craft books, reference, foreign language, sheet music, biographies & memoirs.The list is endless.

Our children’s room at the bookstore sells books for “kids of all ages”, and educational items / books for home schoolers. We work with the children’s librarian at the Public Library to provide high quality donated books he may want for various programs or activities throughout the year.

Money raised through our daily sales at the library and our bimonthly Bookstore sales provide funds for new books, library concerts and the Children’s Summer Reading program.
