A named male is refusing to leave and has been throwing things out of the house/he is intoxicated.

Caller advised an intoxicated male is harassing customers and has a CTW for the store issued Feb. 2017. Officer had contact advising one in custody.

 

Tuesday, Apr. 3

Unwanted subject
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Two named individuals are refusing to leave the property.

Welfare check
Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
A named female hasn't been to work and she was supposed to be there today and yesterday/unable to reach her on her cell.

Battery
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Caller stated his ex-wife kicked him in the groin then left headed toward her address/refused medical attention. Female called advising a named male tossed her on the ground during child exchange/abrasions of face and other parts of body.

Harassment
Highway 90 – MM 41
Caller advised that the girlfriend of caller's boyfriend was following her and had threatened to beat her up.

Domestic disturbance
Mountain View Drive
Caller stated her daughter was involved in a domestic at her boyfriend's house and she was choked and is having a hard time breathing. Deputy requested R1/EMS advised signed refusal/female declined any charges.

 

Wednesday, Apr. 4

Welfare check
Chukar Road
A named male left the residence/had been drinking and announced by text he wanted to commit suicide. Deputy had contact advising negative on any weapons/just got into an argument.

Bataan Memorial Park
Male sitting on the side of the road. Officer requested ambulance for a 77-year-old male who is disoriented. EMS1 advised clear/patient is okay. Officer giving male a ride to Fort Bayard Hospital/clear.

Welfare check
Yucca Valley Drive
Caller from Silver High School advised student did not show up for school/recently broke up with his girlfriend/informed students last night he was going to blow his head off/there are firearms in the home. Officer advised all units out at Rio de Arenas.

Harassment
Peterson Drive and Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she was having problems with another driver while they were on the highway, getting in front of each other cutting each other off. Advised she is at the stop sign on Peterson and the truck is behind her.

Domestic disturbance
A Avenue – Hachita
Caller stated her granddaughter is at her residence and possibly intoxicated/she is running up and down the back alley/she has mental issues of an unknown kind/no weapons on her/she is very combative and will fight with officers.

 

Thursday, Apr. 5

Vehicle burglary
Kneeling Nun Road -- Hanover
Caller advised another individual had her semi burglarized.

Domestic disturbance
A Avenue – Hachita
Caller advised that the female is attacking him and hitting him and is very irate/she keeps going after caller. Advised she is outside on foot at this time/she is hitting the vehicle and trying to damage it. Advised she has some type of undiagnosed mental disorder.

Hachita Bar
Just reported a burglary.

Fight
Cottage San Road
Caller advised a subject was yelling and pushed her. Second caller advised another male is attacking her landlord/unknown who it is/they are yelling at each other/caller's husband is the landlord. Caller advised the male went back to his trailer.

Welfare check
Western Drive
Caller advised he has not heard from his friend in over a week. Deputy had contact with a female who is okay and caller was issued indefinite CTWs for a Western Drive address and the Murray Hotel. Female told deputy that she is fine but is attempting to avoid caller.
