For the weekend beginning Friday April 6, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. and ending Monday April 9, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. Officers of the Silver City Police Department responded to 42 calls for service and had 200 self-initiated activity, and made 14 arrests. No arrests were made for DWI.

Included in the above calls for service are 1 Stolen Motor Vehicle, I Injuring – Tampering , 2 Domestic Disturbance, 1 Agency Assist, 1 Loud Music, 1 Disturbance, 2 Shoplifting, 1 Harassment, 4 Welfare Check, 1 Reckless Driver, 2 Motorist Assist, 4 Unwanted Subject, 2 Citizen Assist, 1 Child Exchange, 1 Private Property Accident, 1 Vehicle Accident With Injuries.
