Caller advised that her mother went back to her abusive boyfriend. Deputy advised clear from residence/doesn’t look like anyone resides at the residence. Deputies advised both called caller and she refused to speak with us/if she calls back refer her to state police.

Deputy had negative contact/residence is secured.

Caller with APS requests civil standby at location/81-year-old male and 8-year-old female involved/there is elder and child abuse allegations in the home/call caller to confirm first.

Caller requests deputy to take report.

Caller advised his soon-to-be ex-wife took out a $1,100 loan in his name without his knowledge or permission and forged his name.

Caller advised that his son is intoxicated and walking in the roadway/he has a knife. Deputies advised they have subject in investigative detention at this time/negative contact with any witnesses to seeing how the fire started.

Dead deer in middle of the highway/deer was moved from road.

Unwanted subject
Cottage San Road
Caller advised a named male is outside and refusing to leave/he is in a blue Saturn constantly honking his horn/male and caller’s daughter got into an argument.

Caller advised a black pickup has been there for about an hour with the driver with his feet sticking out the window.

Highway 180 – MM 96-97 (1-2 miles Silver City side of Mangas)
Caller advised that a female is broken down on the side of the highway. Deputies advised negative contact with any vehicle on the side of the highway.

Deputy spoke with people in the residence/advised they are going to keep the noise down.

Subjects on the north side of the highway standing near the roadway flashing flashlights in the area.

Breaking and entering
M Bar M Drive – Red Rock
In the Burros, neighbor’s shed has possibly been broken into. Deputy had contact advising everything is fine/the wind blew the door open.

Missing persons
Gomez Peak
A 77-year-old with a Chihuahua went hiking and is now lost. Caller called back to advise cancel, she showed up and is okay.

Harassment
Scott Park
Caller advised she is being harassed by two named individuals. Deputies may have contact with subject.

Unwanted subject
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised two females are outside of her trailer and she doesn’t know who they are. Deputies had negative contact with the subjects.

Accident-property damage
Franey and Central streets – Bayard
Blue Explorer and white Dodge pickup/no injuries/vehicles still in roadway.

Past the Detention Center, caller advised is a small white car with its hood up. Deputy had contact advising it is okay/his grandfather is already on his way/his car broke down.
