Caller advised that his partner is not leaving him alone when he is trying to sleep. Officer advised all verbal.

W. Yankie and N. Bayard streets
Female asleep in a gray Toyota Corolla and possibly impeding traffic/vehicle is running. Officer has contact.

Vehicle burglary
Pope Street
Caller advised that someone broke into a company vehicle/they tore out the seat and stereo but didn’t take anything.

Littering
Boston Trail – Catholic Cemetery
Caller advised a lot of trash has been dumped and there are personal belongings with mailing information on it. Officer had contact advising clear/out at a Daniel Street address.

Durango Street – 3 p.m.
Caller advised she got a spider bite on her left buttocks/possibly having mini seizures. Was asked if she needed an ambulance and caller would not give an answer then stated she is going to commit suicide and hung up. Officer requested ambulance to location.

800 S. Robert Street
Caller advised that one of his clients threatened to beat him up. Officer had contact at a Daniel Street address and issued a named male an indefinite CTW for location.

Caller advised his daughter’s boyfriend just got out of jail and caller wants to make sure his daughter is safe. Officer had negative contact at address given.

Caller advised a drunken male is being a nuisance behind CVS. Officer had contact with drunken male.

Caller advised he has a female juvi in the front office. Officer had contact advising juvi was released to her guardian.

Officer will set a patrol for the night.

Caller advised a named female and a named male are arguing about their infant son in the parking lot. Officer advised male was never on scene.

Criminal trespass warning
N. Bennett Street
Caller advised her son is having a custody issue with his girlfriend. Deputy advised to send city as CTWs need to be issued. Officer issued a named female a CTW.

N. Cooper and W. 6th streets
Officer out with a named female.

Larceny
Durango Street – 11:35 p.m.
Someone broke into her house while she was getting medical attention for a spider bite.

Subjects in a maroon vehicle throwing trash. Officer had negative contact/did pick up a few pieces of trash/clear.

E. 14th Street
Two males yelling in the street. Caller called back advising three shots in the area. Officers out at a residence at Gold and Silver streets with four subjects/set up heavy patrol for next month.

N. Swan Street
Caller advised her son is causing problems/he drank a bottle of Germ X. Officer out with male on Swan/13th and issued him an indefinite CTW for address.

Intoxicated persons
Visitor Center
Female sitting in the parking lot drinking a Corona/not causing problems/wants her removed from the property. Officer advised it was a named female/she is moving along.

Gough Park
Male lying on the ground in the parking lot across from the park. Officer had contact/intoxicated named male/male will be headed home/clear.

Male lying down in front of Q’s. Officer advised male is already at the Pope Street Park/clear.

A named male is knocking on caller’s door. Officer had contact with male on 13th/Gold. Officer advised male not to return to the residence/unit clear.

Swarthmore Drive
Caller advised a named male is passing by their residence/he has shot at her husband in the past/they are afraid. Officer had contact advising the two families have been violent toward each other in the past/requested frequent patrol for the rest of the evening/clear.

Unwanted subject
1220 N. Hudson Street
Male lying on the bench highly intoxicated. Caller just wants him to leave. Officer had contact with a named male/customer will be giving male a ride home.

Virginia Street
Caller advised there is an armed man around his 2-year-old daughter. Officer had contact advising everything is okay/the child is at the sister’s house.

Caller advised a male was lying on the ground/she did not stop as she was by herself. Officer advised everything is okay/male is going inside his house.

Officer had contact advising homeowner was advised to keep it down.

Silver Street @ Stout
Caller advised he and his girlfriend were walking and got into an argument and now she is not answering her phone. Caller thinks she might not be answering her phone because she is mad at him.

E. 32nd and N. Silver streets
Deer in the middle of the road. Officer had contact near the tennis courts advising deer had broken leg /had to put the deer down/one shot fired a 6:33 a.m.

Accident-property damage
2500 E. Highway 180 @ Walmart
Two white Jeeps/not in the roadway/no injuries.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
110 S. Bullard Street
Caller advised that someone stuck an onion with matches in her tailpipe and scratched her vehicle. She pulled the onion out.

1401 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that the mother of his child keeps harassing him.

Child crying on the sidewalk.

Assault
Kentucky Street
A named male with a knife threatened caller/he wants him out of the house. Named male got on the phone, stating caller beat up male’s partner. Second caller advising that . . .

Virginia Street
Dead deer in his backyard. Pickup guy notified.

Dead deer. Pick up guy will get it in the morning.

N. Bennett Street
Caller advised that her 3-month–old son should be with his father or with the father’s mom. Officers had contact advising child is okay/set up frequent patrol for the night.

Domestic disturbance
Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised her son is causing problems. Officer had contact advising son will be taking a walk for the evening if mom needs officers later she will call.
