Caller advised her neighbors are harassing her/she keeps getting threats. Officer advised clear.

A named 15-year-old male is out of control in the vehicle. Officers out with vehicle/en route to JPO with juvi/verbal only/everything is okay/clear/left juvi at JPO.

Burglary
KISS – 1223 West Street
Over the weekend the business was broken into and two computers were taken.

Domestic disturbance
E. Yankie Street
Caller advised that a named male is yelling at a named female who is pregnant and the 5-month-old child is there also/he was on drugs and alcohol last night. Officers out with male and female/they agreed to settle down.

Welfare check
514 N. Bullard Street
Male went in very intoxicated and was falling down/left on foot toward Diane’s Restaurant and the ditch. Officer advised walking the ditch/negative contact.

Little Walnut Road
Caller advised that her 13-year-old sister was walking by Building 9 when 18 to 21-year-old men were telling her stuff. Officer out with two named females and three named males.

Criminal damage to property
Mountain View Road and E. 10th Street
Caller advised that his son broke the window to his vehicle and possibly the door as well/son is intoxicated and upset. Officer had contact with son on Mountain View south of 10th.

306 E. 12th Street
Caller wants an intoxicated male standing by the soda machine to leave. Officer had contact advising male left/negative on CTW.

Fraud/embezzlement
1814 N. Swan Street
On Sept. 30 a male brought in two counterfeit $20s/video is ready.

Officer spoke with a named female who advised her 15-year-old son received the following text from a named male: “I said my uncle gets fired I’m driving to Silver to beat both of your dip shits asses my uncle has been nothing but good to Silver and trying to be a great father to his kids and now he has to deal with this bullshit he is worried and now his kids have to worry because of you two dip shits fighting and it may have been in self defense but I fight for family I’ll f*** both of you up I don’t give a . . .

Officer had contact advising the named male is an employee at ACE/everything is okay.

Young subject near the roadway. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised her neighbors are now being real quiet/their front porch light is blinding her when she opens the front door and she cannot sleep.

Neighbors banging on walls and yelling. Officers had contact with a named male and a named female/male in unit en route to Dominos/units making entry at this time.

Little Walnut Road @ Jose Barrios
Caller is following a dump truck that has trash falling out/T.E.I. is on the door.

1874 E. Highway 180
Caller is parked in front of Rough Country and a named male keeps circling around them making them feel uncomfortable/he won’t leave them alone/has been doing this for 10 minutes. Officer advised out at a Bosworth Street address.

Caller advised her son is yelling at her and throwing food at her.

W. 6th Street
Mountain bike was cut off the chain and stolen from the carport/she saw the male take it this morning.

A named male threatened caller over the phone. Officer advised negative contact with named male over the phone/left voicemail/set up frequent patrol for next couple of days.

2501 E. Highway 180
Yesterday someone cut the flag off his truck and stole the front license plate.

Male lying on the sidewalk/is breathing and moving around/across from Yada Yada Yarn. Officer requested ambulance for 73-year-old male who possibly fell/is intoxicated/appears to be out of it/negative on lights and sirens.

Caller advised they are parked next to a white Chrysler 200 with two kids in it and the windows are rolled up. Advised the mother just came to the vehicle and they left toward Walmart.

Caller advised her husband is trying to take her 3-year-old son/he is intoxicated/they are at the entrance of the Murray Hotel.

Domestic disturbance
Canal Street
Caller stated her husband kicked her in the face/he has been drinking. Officer requested ambulance to location for a 45-year-old female complaining of shortness of breath.

Weapons fired
1120 E. Highway 180
A named male in Room 216 advised that a firearm was discharged into a mattress in the room/it was an accidental discharge/no injuries reported. Officers determined it was a Springfield XD 9mm handgun.

1301 N. Hudson Street
Officer advised one male in unit en route to Convention Center.

N. Swan Street
Caller from Crisis Line advised they have a male on the line who is having strong thoughts of suicide.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 119 (1 mile east of Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)
Officer went traffic with vehicle at Highway 180/nox fit – everything is okay.

Credit cards and other items taken from someone’s office. Officer on scene.

Caller believes a 9-year-old boy is home alone. Officer advised no one is answering the door and can’t hear anything inside. A female called advising her stepson called her and told her an officer was there/she wants to speak to the officer who responded.

Caller wants a named male issued a CTW/he is now walking down the street toward McDonalds/he was watching her when she got home. Officer had negative contact with male/will ATL.

Male in the garden area outside and they want him to leave before they close the store because he is making customers feel uncomfortable. Officer had contact with the named male/hit out of Texas/will not extradite.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that two named males are in the back office and both are jumpy. Officer had contact advising both clear of CTWs/two in custody.

Officer advised the only music playing is at the Old James Stadium/they are having sports stuff going on.

Officer had contact advising subjects to keep it down.

Dead fawn by sidewalk and ADA sign.

He may be in some type of distress. Officer had contact with a named male/everything is okay/he is on the phone with caller.

Caller wants several CTWs issued/the people are outside arguing.

13-year-old sister is upset and throwing things in the house/a 2-month-old is present.

A named male is refusing to leave/he is intoxicated/he left in a gray Dodge pickup. Officer advised ATL.

Caller advised she can hear her neighbors yelling and breaking things. Officer had contact advising everything is okay/verbal argument/other party left prior to arrival.

Harassment
E. 10th Street
Caller advised he was threatened by someone from Phoenix/he keeps getting calls from someone who said his phone was stolen in Mexico. Officer advised caller to block the calls.

Shoplifting
855 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a female with facial piercings and a male with a black hoodie stole three cartons of Marlboro Blacks about 5 minutes ago.
