February 17, at 10:00 a.m., 3845 North Swan Street - "Peace, Salaam, Shalom" This DVD sermon is by Rev. Angela Herrera, Senior Minister at the First Unitarian Church of Albuquerque, who has visited Silver City and spoken at the UUFSC. Using stories from a San Quentin prisoner, Buddhist thinkers, civil rights activists, Jesus and others, Rev. Herrera offers many thoughts about the meanings of peace and raises the questions of the meaning of true peace, and how can we move forward with peace as our guide. 

Although this is not a Family Program Sunday, there will be childcare available.

There will be coffee and conversation after the service, and visitors are always welcome.
