Caller advised someone got into his basement. Deputy on scene taking pictures.

Unwanted subject
Delk Drive – Sunrise Estates
(Redacted) is on property on the side of the house lying down/seven children and four adults are inside. Advised have city units respond.

Weapons fired
North Fork Walnut Creek
Caller advised possibly 15 shots about 10 minutes before calling dispatch. Caller called again advising hearing eight more rounds. Caller called a third time advising hearing eight more shots. Caller called a fourth time reporting hearing four more shots and shouting. Deputy en route.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

Criminal trespass warning
Black Mountain Road – Cliff
Caller advised his brother was issued a CTW for his property and his brother was released to his dad who lives on his property. Caller wants his brother removed from his property. Deputy was advised.

Larceny
Little Walnut Road
Stolen mail.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
E. 19th and N. Gold streets
Deputy advised out with two males/one threw a rock at this windshield. Deputy advised en route to (redacted).

Welfare check
Mimbres Cactus Drive – Upper Mimbres
Deputy had contact with 6-year-old/residence was immaculate with plenty of food.

Domestic disturbance
D Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised her son and his girlfriend are fighting/disconnected the line. Caller called back advising her son and his girlfriend left.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 139 (2 miles north of Highway 61 junction)
Female walking from Deming to Silver City. Deputy had contact with female at MM 140/en route to Hurley.

Suspicious vehicle
E Street/water tanks
Deputy advised female pulled off the road to use the phone.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

Breaking and entering
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Attempted break-in.

Domestic disturbance
W. Highway 180 – Old James Stadium
Male and female fighting on the side of the roadway. Deputy has contact W. Highway 180 – MM 112 (near Pizza Hut).

Game and Fish
Highway 180 @ Grant County Shooting Range
Dead javelina in the roadway.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 356 – Bayard
Red Nissan truck and a black newer car chasing each other northbound. They were arguing first then left in cars. Deputies advised negative contact.

Suspicious vehicle
Bataan Memorial Park
Deputy advised that vehicles will be leaving.

Thursday, Feb. 14

Domestic disturbance
Rosedale Road – 12:40 a.m.
Caller advised her husband has been hitting her all day and she can’t take it anymore/she does not need medical attention/he is outside. Advised he has been hitting her all over and has been choking her/advising he told her he wanted to kill her today.

Welfare check
Rosedale Road – 9:25 a.m.
Caller stated she thinks her husband is going to go inside and beat her up. Female is being very uncooperative advising that nothing physical has happened. Upon hearing the sirens the male left on foot and the female slammed the door in deputies’ faces/no further action taken.

Welfare check
Lomita Drive
Male wearing blue scrubs was blocking the roadway and pulling down his pants/he is wearing underwear lying in the middle of the roadway.

Accident-property damage
Oakwood Avenue
Caller advised a vehicle in January hit her rock wall and originally the insurance company told her she did not need a report and now they want a report.

Harassment
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Neighbor has a cardboard sign in his window stating a ‘GUNN is next.’ Made contact with both parties/sign said ‘C.U. Next Tuesday.’ The sign said nothing about a gun. Both parties were advised to stay away from each other.

Game and Fish
Highway 152 – MM 9
Caller advising a deer is injured and lying on the side of the highway/possibly needs to be put down. Deputy had contact across from Miners Legend/deer still alive/will have to put it down/one shot was fired/deer was put down/clear.

Unattended death
Christian Ranch Road
Wife just passed away. Caller thinks she had a clot in her lungs. She had a chronic issue with this. Deputy advised to send OMI.
