There is a male thrown on the side of the road/unknown if he is hurt, drunk, or just asleep. Deputy advised negative contact/caller took deputy to where male was found and he was no longer there.

A female with tattoos on her face is sitting on the side of the road crying. Deputy advised one female in unit en route to McDonald’s.

Rio de Arenas Snappy
Caller advised someone stole her phone at RDA Snappy.

Cherry Creek Campground
Caller advised her husband came down from Las Cruces to come camping and he has not called her to see where they would meet. He left LC around 9:30 a.m. with their son to Silver.

Criminal trespass warning
Cliff
Caller wants to issue a CTW on (redacted)/she is in Silver filing for a divorce. Issued ATL for subject.

Criminal damage to property
Mimbres
Caller advised a neighborhood kid went to his house and defecated on his counter and pulled wires out of his pickup. Caller called back advising he spoke to the juvie’s father and they will take care of the situation amongst each other.

Larceny
North Hurley
A named male just stole her phone and damaged her camper and threw all her clothes out of the camper/he is still on scene/caller does not know the address. Deputy advised patrolled all of North Hurley with negative contact.

Saturday, July 13

Reckless driver
Highway 180
Deputy went traffic with the vehicle at MM 128 (1 mile south of Hurley). Everything was okay/driver admitted he had to pick up his speed when he went to pass another vehicle. No odor of alcohol or marijuana coming from the vehicle. Driver was advised he needs to slow his speed down.

A named male is on the property and he has a CTW. Deputy had negative contact.

Larceny
Unknown location
Caller advised that a named male stole her utility trailer/the neighbor saw the male take it.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180
Deputy advised everything is okay/units clear/were out of units for a bit.

Welfare check
Highway 180
Female walking near the roadway/she is advising she is not okay/a male is also walking/silver Dodge Charger is in the middle of the roadway. Deputy had negative contact.

Unwanted subject
Silver City
Caller advised a camper was just put in the yard and is concerned a named individual may be in it. Deputy has contact with the individual.

Highway 180 @ Caddel Crossing
Deer in the roadway trying to get up. Officer advised one shot fired/deer out of road.

Unknown location
Deputy advised subject waiting for wrecker.

Burglary
Silver City
Owner called caller and told him someone broke into his vacant home and owner told caller to check since he has a key. Caller advised someone took the washer/dryer and range out of the kitchen. Deputy was advised.

Western Drive
Female lying on the side of the road. Deputy advised female advised she is okay/refused medical.
