WNMU Regents To Vote on 10 Action Items

What:   The Western New Mexico University Board of Regents meeting at WNMU. The board will consider Tenure Recommendations, FY19 Quarter 4 Financial Certification, FY19 Endowment Report, FY21 Research and Public Service Projects (RPSP), Capital Projects Transmittal for Mustang Fountain and Infrastructure , Capital Projects Transmittal for Electronic Door Locking System, Capital Projects Transmittal for 10th Street Landscape and Infrastructure, Revised 5-Year Capital Outlay Projects & Institutional Capital Projects & Infrastructure Projects (ICIP), International Initiatives Budget and Evaluation of President’s Performance. Regents will also share a report on New Mexico Higher Education Regents' Coalition (HERC) Meeting. The agenda and other pertinent documents are available at admin.wnmu.edu/bor/meetings.

Who:     Regents Janice Baca-Argabright, Dr. Carl Foster, Jerry Walz, Dr. Mary Hotvedt and Tim Stillman, will represent their respective committees, and WNMU President Dr. Joseph Shepard, Vice President for Business Affairs Kelley Riddle and Board Chair Baca-Argabright will present some of the action items. 

When: The WNMU Board of Regents will hold an executive session beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 22, 2019. The regular session starts at 11 a.m.

Where: The executive session will take place in the Serna Conference Room of the Castorena Building (1000 W. College Ave.) while the regular session will occur in the Thomas B.
