Caller advised her son is on scene and she does not want him at the house. Officer issued an indefinite CTW for location to Matias Marquez and dropped him off at a Rogers Street address.

Caller stated she had a prescription stolen or lost.

Caller has heard several shots, low caliber. Officer advised it was just fireworks.

Disturbance
N. Railroad Street
Caller advised that a named female is “having a temper tantrum,” and disconnected the phone. Officer advised the female was not at the house.

Unwanted subject
Chino Street
A named female is at her house causing problems/she is in her yard right now/she is sitting in her white car. Carmen Carbajal was issued an indefinite CTW for a Runnels Street address.

Welfare check
N. Franey Street
Male asking for help and saying he looks like an ‘Indian man’/was yelling and cussing. Officer had contact advising it is a 29-year-old male complaining of knee pain and bleeding from mouth.

Sunday, Sept. 29

Domestic disturbance
400 Tom Foy Blvd.
Officer advised both had suspended driver’s licenses.

Caller has a belligerent customer who got angry after he ripped up her scratcher ticket after she lost/caller wants her removed. Officer advised female left prior to arrival.

Caller advised his father’s caretaker is not answering her phone.

Domestic disturbance
Carrasco/Diaz
Officer advised they were arguing in reference to their vehicle broke down.

An older lady is standing on the side of the road holding a bag/she is now in front of the fire department. Officer had contact with female at post office/she is okay/a friend is going to give her a ride home.

Caller stated a man is slumped over in his turquoise or gray Chevy truck. Officer had contact advising everything is okay.

Domestic disturbance
N. James Street
Caller advised her brother tried to hit her and is throwing rocks at her/he sold the dog house to someone else and it is hers and not his to sell. Deputy advised verbal only.
