Caller advised that a named male who has warrants and weapons is causing problems in the RV/her brother called advising this male is trying to get into his house/caller is scared of the male.

Highway 61 -- Lower Mimbres
Caller stated that his driver side back window was shot out. Officer out with a named male at Highways 61 and 152.

Loud party
Skyview Drive
Deputy arrived on scene/multiple cars parked around residence/attempted to knock on door several times/could hear people inside the residence telling others to stay quiet/advised people inside if they did not come out and move their vehicles they would be towed/got no response/requested tow trucks for cars parked on sidewalk and blocking driveway/homeowner arrived on scene and started to . . .

Unwanted subject
S. Tabor Drive – 1 a.m.
A named male has a stick in his hand possibly a firearm in his RV/was hitting an unknown female with a stick. Caller advised the male has warrants and will run if he hears or sees lights. Deputy arrived on scene.

Unwanted subject
S. Tabor Drive – 2:20 a.m.
The named male is trying to get into the house/he is wearing a gray hoodie/caller is locked in the bathroom and can’t see where he is/her husband is taking to the male through the door.

Welfare check
Alamo Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her mom is texting her advising she is scared of a resident in the house that has a traumatic brain injury and is going on a rant right now and frightening her. Deputy advised one female in custody/clear from GRMC/en route to GCSO.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised a 4-year-old child is not safe/the male is drunk and has a pickax in his hand/both males are outside the house/child is in the house with his mother/child and mother are now in the vehicle.

Welfare check
Highway 180 @ Walgreen’s
A female with a black hoodie is running east in the middle of the highway/she does not look stable. Deputy had contact and issued Jessica Bunyar an indefinite CTW for First New Mexico Bank.

Domestic disturbance
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Advised her ex is causing problems/he got into her face/he was trying to get into her trailer. Dispatch advised caller to go inside the trailer and leave him outside. Deputy had contact with Gilbert Sias and issued him an indefinite CTW to the Racetrack Road address.

Criminal trespass warning
Cottage San Road
Deputy issued CTWs to Gabriel Martinez for a Cottage San Road address and to Lupe Fierro for a North Street address in Bayard.

Harassment
Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
Neighbor threatened to shoot caller’s dog. Deputy had contact with caller who advised that he had a verbal altercation with his neighbor. Caller stated the neighbor shot their dog a few years ago and neighbor for some reason thinks caller owes him a horse. Caller advised that today, he was on the roof of his shop when his dog (a small tan . . .

Caller advised she and her husband are fighting/verbal argument. Deputies had contact advising units clear/parties will sleep at separate parts of the house.

Criminal damage to property
11820 Highway 180
Caller said they received a report from an employee earlier that someone had torn up the women’s restroom. Caller said they just received another call that the employee can hear someone crawling around in the crawl space and they think someone may be hiding in this area to attempt to steal things after it closes as this same thing happened a few months ago.

Caller said her son said a verbal dispute was going on and some are intoxicated and making marijuana joints. Deputy out at Penjamo Bar.

Criminal damage to property
Whispering Hills
Caller heard the homeowner passed away last night in Mexico and just noticed damage to the home. Deputy dispatched to location for a possible burglary.

Mobile Drive
Caller advised an elderly subject has a vehicle parked in the back that has been running for over an hour with the door open. Deputy had contact advising homeowner has a hybrid vehicle that was plugged in in the back.
