Caller stated a woman under the influence of something is in the ditch next to Arby’s/she was walking through the highway. Jessica Bunyar is refusing medical treatment/did advise her to stop yelling and getting in the middle of the roadway.

Male passed out with his pants down. Second caller advised subject was walking around stumbling all over the place. Officer requested ambulance to Visitor Center/fell/has an abrasion on his forehead/age-63/Eugene Lynn.

Intoxicated persons
County Convention Center
Caller stated a named male is drunk and harassing people and asking for money/he has a big bottle of whiskey in his pocket. Officer has contact with Steven Murillo at Corre Caminos.

Criminal trespass warning
2633 E. Highway 180
A named female is behind the store hiding behind the dumpster and caller wants her to leave. Officer had negative contact with female but did make contact with two male transients and advised them to leave the area/manager of Dollar Tree did not want to issue CTWs to the two males.

Walk-in advised someone stole his mail from the mailbox.

Blue Chevy pickup has been following them/they are passing Fox Field now.

Caller saw an individual stumbling around the park. Officer does have contact with a male/requested ambulance for a highly intoxicated male who is unable to sit up for a long time/cancel ambulance/he does not want to be seen/one male in unit en route to Rio de Arenas to meet with Bayard units so they can take him to his address in Bayard.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
A named female is in the grocery aisle/negative on a CTW but she does possibly have two outstanding warrants. Female has two warrants out of Judge Laney’s court, bonds to be set.

Intoxicated persons
206 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a male is lying on the ground on the south end of the building. Officers request EMS/non-emergency/one in protective custody/going to hospital with SCPD/clear.

Disturbance
Grant Street
Caller advised his son is being violent. Officer advised subjects are going to stay separated for the night/units clear. Caller called back and requested officers come back as his son is acting up again. 58-year-old male bleeding from the head/emergency response/R1 clear/EMS2 signed refusal.

Saturday, Oct. 12

Domestic disturbance
Little Walnut Road
A named male is pushing a named female around. Officer advised all units clear/will frequent patrol.

Two males arguing. Officer out with two males.

Welfare check
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller stated a homeless male is sitting at the corner/he was lying down. Officer had contact advising they are okay.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
E. Daniel Street
Caller advised someone threw something at her window and shattered it.

Criminal trespass warning
710 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a very skinny female is walking behind the hotel/wants a CTW issued. Officer had contact with another named female, not the one reported, advising negative on CTW at this time.

Domestic disturbance
123 W. 12th Street
Caller advised she can see a couple in a silver 4-door car having a domestic/it is physical. Officers had contact with a named female and a named male.

2080 Memory Lane
Caller stated the neighbor in the downstairs apartment is possibly abusing their child/advised that the mother is using very vulgar ‘curse’ words and heard the child say ‘ouch.’ Caller wants to remain anonymous.

610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Subject already left. Officer advised clear/CVS will call when they know what the subject took.

Unwanted subject
Grant County Convention Center
A named male is in the backyard refusing to leave. Officer advised everything is okay/male left prior to arrival.

Suspicious vehicle
2711 Leslie Road
Officers out with two named males and one named female/performing search of vehicle.

Shoplifting
1956 E. Highway 180
The female just left the store and took a lot of products in her purse. SCPD assisted by GCSO/a named female was issued an indefinite CTW to Albertson’s.

Battery
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller is a nurse advising a named male has been involved in some kind of altercation but wasn’t telling them anything. Officer requested county respond to take a report of an incident that happened at a Horseshoe address.

Domestic disturbance
1000 W. College Avenue
303 Mustang Village. Campus officer advised received the call directly.

Sunday, Oct.13

Fight
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised of a fight at the Flame then disconnected/could hear female yelling in the background. Officer had contact with a named female.

Disturbance
1075 E. Highway 180
Males in the lobby are yelling at other customers/requests CTWs if contact is made. Officer issued Dennis Quintana and Roderick Quintana indefinite CTWs to McDonald’s/clear.

Harassment
1313 E. 32nd Street
Caller is being sexually harassed over phone. Officer had contact with caller.

Suspicious vehicle
1805 Little Walnut Road
Officer advised a named male saying no one is supposed to be on the property/male stated he knows the owner and has permission/Officer advised the male to leave until the officer spoke with the owner of the property.

Unwanted subject
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised a named male is there and is not wanted/wants a CTW issued. Officer had negative contact with male.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a customer just walked out of the store with a cart full. Officer had contact with store manager.

Shoplifting
1810 N. Swan Street
Caller advised subject in a hoodie took two cases of beer and walked toward Denny’s about 10 minutes ago.

Unwanted subject
Grant Street
Caller advised a named male is on scene threatening him and he doesn’t want him there anymore. Officer had contact with father and son.
