Officer advised had contact/advising they will be closing up and headed home for the night/clear.

Hurley Police Department

Friday, Nov. 29

Harassment
C Street
A named individual was harassing caller over children then drove away toward Hurley. Officer spoke to caller and advised dispute was over children of custody.

Saturday, Nov. 30

Reckless driver
Highway 180 @ rest area
Officer went traffic with vehicle on Highway 180 – MM 126 (1 mile north of Hurley)

Sunday, Dec. 1

Harassment
S. Prescott Street
A named friend is receiving threatening phone calls from an unlisted number for quite some time/he just received a call and an unknown subject said he will shoot him.

Unwanted subject
N. James Street
Grandson doesn’t live there anymore and he is causing problems/is schizophrenic and bi-polar/is bothering the kids/isn’t being violent just cussing at caller. Officer advised subject left.

Domestic disturbance
S. Prescott Street
Female called 911/can hear her arguing with a male in the background/caller gave the address and hung up. Officer had contact advising will be clear/male is leaving for the night.

Criminal damage to property
N. James Street
A named male broke the front door to his residence/he’s still there in the backyard/caller wants him trespassed from his residence. Officer advised male lives at that residence.
