Deer that was hit in the westbound lane/is still alive on the side of the roadway. Deputy advised one shot discharged/deer is dead.

Requesting indefinite CTWs on two named individuals to her residence because she is tired of them both and believes they are on narcotics.

Harassment
Cottonwood Road
Caller stated that a named male in a red Ford Mustang keeps passing by his residence advising he was going to beat him up. Deputies clear/will stand by.

North Hurley Road
Two children, ages 5-years old and 3-months old, are with their father and he is not putting them on the phone. Deputy advised made contact with father and children/children seemed in good health and were happy/the house was clean and in good order/father and his mother both . . .

Mira Loma Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her oldest daughter, who is 11-years-old, has been allowing someone, who her daughter thought was a 17-year-old female, sneak into her house for the past two nights/the 11-year-old does have a hickey. Deputy advised clear from location.

Highway 180 – MM 119.5 (1.5 miles east of Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)
Caller advised a gold or silver SUV is off the road/possibly involved in an accident/did not notice anyone around the vehicle. Deputy made contact advising vehicle doesn’t look damaged/made contact with owner who lives nearby and advised it is easier to park there. Everything is okay.

Advised her kids, ages 1 and 3-years-old, are at their grandma’s and she hasn’t seen them since Sunday/the father has been suicidal in the past/caller advised she isn’t allowed to contact the father, so . . .

Deputy out with a named female with a revoked license.

Grenfell Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised his son is intoxicated and causing problems/he is yelling and being belligerent/advised they started arguing over a bottle of whiskey. Deputy advised negative on physical.

Tuesday, June 23

Domestic disturbance
2069 Cottage San Road
A named female and daughter are fighting at this space/one is inside now and the other outside/caller was getting calls from other tenants due to the yelling/daughter is leaving in a silver Prius/female in a gold Chrysler. Deputy in pursuit of both vehicles headed south on Cottage San Road.

Accident with injuries
W. Highway 180 and Camino de Viento
Caller witnessed two males on a bike hit a deer/advised the males do not want help. Second caller on motorcycle/male hit deer/advised has lacerations on face and leg and arm/do not want an ambulance/one male has a bloody eye. EMS1 advised to put Native Air on standby/Native 31 out of Las Cruces/51 minute launch to . . .

Male and female arguing.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 92 (3 miles west of Mangas)
Caller advised he got hit when attempting to turn off the highway and the other vehicle swiped caller. Deputy checked four licenses – all valid.

A named male and a female are fighting. Deputies made contact with male who is covered with blood/broken window with blood along trailer/made contact with a named female who said the dog is bleeding/she couldn’t break them up/open door at residence.

Caller advised she is not sure who is watching her 3-year-old son/they are refusing to let her speak to her son/wants deputy to contact her after.

A named female is lying down in the middle of caller’s property. Deputy advised she left the property/everything is okay.

Criminal damage to property
Grenfell Drive
Caller advised she hired some people to clean her house and they never finished what she paid them for. Now her back door has damage (someone tried to pry it open) and someone has been egging her house.

Accident-injuries
Bill Evans Lake – Bird Sanctuary
One vehicle rollover/they need an ambulance/one male and one female/they are sitting in vehicle which landed on tires. GEMS advised to put Native Air on standby/with Native Air on standby. Deputy advised closer to Blacksmith Canyon.

Wednesday, June 24

Unattended death
Pete’s Pass Road – Arenas Valley
Advised she thinks that her tenant has passed away/he is on the floor in his room/he was cold to the touch/he is about 64 to 65-years-old. Caller is at neighbor’s house/she didn’t want to stay at the male’s house.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 – MM 156 (4 miles north of Rifle Range Road near Deming)
In a light blue Honda CRV a male passenger is hitting a female driver. Luna County advised that state police have units en route as well/TAC26 advised negative contact with the vehicle/will continue to ATL.

Harassment
Highway 180 – Riverside
Neighbor was harassing daughter/cussing at her. Deputy did driver’s license check x 3/neighbor is about 45-years-old.

Domestic disturbance
2069 Cottage San Road
Advised that two females are fighting/it is verbal/can hear a lot of slamming around in the trailer/female was yelling at her roommates for not helping her move a fridge. Deputy advised negative on a domestic/she was moving her refrigerator frustrated because she couldn’t move it/everything is okay.

Criminal damage to property

A named male damaged property at GCDC/they want to file a report for felony damage.

Unattended death
Ben Lilly
Crew at the Tadpole Fire advised they found human remains with a gun and a backpack. Safety officers will meet them at Ben Lilly.

Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised there were people on his property/believes they were a named female and someone from the press/they were taking pictures of a ditch and gray water/caller advised he is upset because LE is always busy when he needs . . .

Disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road
Caller advised that her 17-year-old daughter has been living with another 17-year-old female/advising they have been physically fighting/her daughter is refusing to live with caller. Deputy advised out at space with juvies and mother/advised negative contact with the juvie.

Thursday, June 25

Welfare check
Lance Drive – Silver Acres
Male in his 70s called caller and seemed very confused. 71-year-old male bleeding from the back of the head.

Battery
Kentucky Street
Caller advised that her daughter was assaulted last night at an unknown location/daughter asked caller to call LE/happened around 1 a.m./doesn’t believe she needs medical attention. Deputy requested EMS for a 24-year-old female with multiple lacerations/female will be transported to GRMC.

Disturbance
Geronimo Street – North Hurley
Caller and a named female are arguing/parties did separate/advised her and her boyfriend arguing when the named female went and got between them/advised her boyfriend did get into an altercation and pushed caller to the ground.

Welfare check
Meadow Hawk Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named female hasn’t been answering the phone or door since a few days ago. Deputy had contact with homeowner/everything is okay.

Game and Fish
Highway 152 – MM 3-4
Caller advised a silver vehicle hit deer and it is still alive. Deputy advised to contact NMSP/they will let their units know.

Reckless driver
S. Highway 90 – White Signal
Deputy advised approaching MM 35 (6 miles south of Hudson Street Bridge). Advised have been monitoring their driving and everything is okay.

Missing persons
Highway 35 – MM 28
Caller found three kids, 6, 8, and 12-years-old walking/they stated their mother was intoxicated and kicked them out/one child said they live in Mescalero and were camping/said mother was driving and they got scared and brother got scared and said to drop them off and she did/they all appear to be in good health.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Subject who has been shooting at a traffic yield sign/he also speeds in his hot rods/he has a very large gun and a .22. Deputy made contact with sign at 2068 Highway 61/advised only two addresses on 61 that could be shooting at the sign.

Larceny
North Hurley Road
A named male took caller’s car and house keys and won’t give them back/parties are separated at this time/caller said she doesn’t know why the male took her keys. Deputy issued Eric Baca an indefinite CTW/units clear.
