Harassment
Coffey Street
Caller advised her neighbor is harassing her and they just showed up and dumped stuff on her property. Officer had negative contact with caller/will be clear.

Burglary
Maple Street
Caller advised that someone broke into his house right now and stole his black, motorized Mongoose bike/subject went down the street toward the mountains. Officer advised looking for the other party involved.

Suspicious vehicle
Winifred Street
Subjects are walking in the alleyway/they are also driving a white van. Officer made contact with subjects/they have proper ID.

Officer made contact and they were advised to shut it down.

Domestic disturbance
Tom Foy Blvd.
Advised a named female was on caller’s property and he wanted her to leave. She did leave and is sitting in front of La Mexicana. Both parties advised the female got a ride to Las Cruces.

Reckless driver
Orchard Street
Caller advised a reckless driver is kicking up a lot of dust in the trailer park. Officer advised that all parties were advised.

Aggravated battery
Bayard Little League
Caller advised that his 14-year-old son was just beat up by three other kids all wearing black shirts and running toward the police station/caller is following them/his son is bleeding/there are two witnesses at the park/caller is now by the church/the boys are headed toward Yucca Street from the church. Officer made contact with caller but has negative contact . . .

Domestic disturbance
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that her daughter-in-law is intoxicated and refusing to get out of the car/this is verbal-only fight/she is not allowing caller to leave the parking lot/she is not letting caller shut the door.

Welfare check
500 N. East Street
Female on 911 advising that she has ‘identity mistaken.’ When asked what she meant female said that she was ‘born a virgin’ and wanted her body back. Female then began talking about her child support card and that it was for her/line was disconnected. Officer advised clear/female that called is schizophrenic.

Harassment
Cortez Avenue
Caller advised he is being harassed by a named individual who came to his house, banging on the door, and damaged his gate. Deputy permitted call to pend for HPD.

Disturbance
D Street
Caller was helping neighbor unload some items into the garage and he thought caller tried to hit him on purpose/both live on the same property. Caller advised the neighbor assaulted him while he was unloading furniture/they were arguing and neighbor pushed caller and tried to hit him on the head with a dresser drawer. Officer advised clear/neither has injuries/they are not complaining . . .

Caller advised his front windshield was shattered/believes it was a rock.

Caller advised his uncle is in his 70s and is hard-of-hearing and blind and caller hasn’t heard from him in a while. Officer advised everything is okay at the house at this time/unit clear.

Highway 180 @ Terrazas Funeral Chapel
Husband is going to fight a named male/caller would only repeat ‘send someone’ and then disconnected. Officer advised parties separated/units clear.

Caller advised they have not been able to get in contact with a named male since the day before yesterday.

Reckless driver
E. Church and S. Mineral streets
Caller advised underage drivers with no helmets riding erratically/too many kids as passengers. Deputy advised the people are getting off the 4-wheeler at this time/everything is okay/made contact with a named individual who advised they were parking them for the night.

Disturbance
S. Bayard Street
A named female is outside trying to get in the door and she has a CTW for this property. Officer had negative contact with female/will ATL.

Mother of 3-month-old son is not answering phone.

Caller advised his brother-in-law went to exchange his kids with his ex and the ex’s new boyfriend and got into a fight/negative on medical attention. Bayard PD officer was advised/XCPD officer attempted contact with negative results.
